- The Light Heavyweight Championship still exists in the files and is ready to go. They removed it for no reason as it functions perfectly. Still no way to access in Road to WrestleMania mode however at this time. Anyone under 240 is eligible.

Most likely because the LHW Division had been essentially deactivated when the game came out. It wasn't until the Radicalz came in that Dean Malenko was given the belt, with X-Pac being the last to hold it following its unification with the WCW Cruiserweight Championship in 2001. Before that, only Taka Michinoku (not in this game, but in No Mercy, sharing a slot with his Kaientai teammate Funaki) & Christian (who is in the game as part of either a tag team with Edge or as part of the trio known as The Brood if you give both Edge & Christian Gangrel's theme & Titantron) & Goldberg parody Gillberg (J.O.B Squad member Duane Gill) held the title.
Yeah but with create a belt options it would've been a nice edition. Especially since it already exists on the cartridge but is locked to never be organically obtained by the player. But you are right though. Thanks for Watching!
Actually you forgot Essa Rios who won the title from Gillberg on Feburary 8th 2000 edition of Sunday Night HEAT, then Malenko won the belt on March 13th 2000 episode of Raw.
@@GenGamesUniverse Yeah, I forgot the former Papi Chulo won it, but that's because he's so irrelevant that even Gillberg eclipses him. The only reason he's notable is because Lita was his valet after she was one of The Godfather's hoes but before she teamed with the Hardy Boyz as Team Xtreme. Plus, he was a jobber in SD2: KYR for the Playstation.
