You forgot to mention British Bulldog's face and attire from revenge are in the game making him creatable. You can also make the road warriors as their attire and paint is in the game.

Once I discovered the face paint, I made the Road Warriors. I think I used one of the Headbangers faces that had his tongue sticking out with Hawk's face paint lol

Words like Headbangers and Arenas don't use apostrophes. Apostrophes are only used for contractions (they're) or ownership (Mick Foley's shirt).
I put so many hours into this game as a kid! I love how years later I was able to add the headbangers to the "road to wrestlemania" (replacing chaz with mosh). giving the old game a lil bit of newness!
Yeah the best part about games during the n64-ps2 era games were that gameplay took priority, but so many secrets were available to find for years to come! Not just wrestling games but all sorts of series! Thanks for watching!
the best part of this game, was changing the rumble to be only pinfalls and just having a long session of beating up the other wrestlers with my CAW

An interesting one you might not have known is all CAWs have two front special moves. The one you assign, and a bear hug. If you taunt while you have special, then do a front grapple, you do the bear hug instead of the assigned front special. It was remnants of the second level finishers used in VPW2 and the devs forgot to completely remove it from wm2k.
I forgot about that one! I thought the set up was slightly different like you had to taunt just as your special meter was about to end, but then if you timed it right it would respawn for another 5 seconds but with the bear hug. The explanation makes sense though. Would've been nice if we had the super stone cold stunner lol.
This was my alternative go to game when I once f'd up my No Mercy ROM by trying to mod it by hex editing, so it failed to work on popular emulators like Project 64 due to checksum errors and I didn't have an internet connection that time. Had a blast with this game for some months though until one day I got No Mercy back again by downloading it at an internet Cafe. The best times of my childhood, really! ❤

Yeah, the Brood glitch is one of the strangest things I've seen in a game when you start to think about why it happens.

Personally I didn't since you likely will see the face while creating a wrestler anyway. Still cool to see they put the thought in regardless though.
Someone already mentioned 2nd-level finishers left over from VPW2, but if you have a GameShark then you can actually select a move for your CAW. Another thing I remember is that you set your CAW's attributes to a maximum of 7 points instead of 5. (You can set them higher, but it only saves up to 7.) I also tried setting the walking animation to an invalid number and he just stands still on the stage and glides toward the ring like his shoes have wheels.
I have videos of the Default Character, the Chrome Dummy showcasing that missing walk animation on the channel as well. Didn't know about the attribute points, very intriguing. I have seen the code for the secondary finisher on Reddit as well. I think someone else has an actual video showcasing this on TH-cam somewhere. Thanks for the info and thank you for watching!
almost everyday after school- this game. On Mondays I played until Raw itself came on.
What a time to be alive. Loved the games but was only a wee lad during the peak of the attitude era.
I forget exactly how but I belive using another controller in the 3rd and 4th slots then pressing a certain button combination allows you to control a wrestler's manager.
I used to have my little brother control my manager on the outside of the ring to help me win matches easier in Road To Wrestlemania mode. I belive it works on No Mercy too.
Wow didn't know it worked in RTW as well. They have to be debug tools left over a long with the A.I taking control.
If your playing a 30 man rumble with friends and one of u wants to back out without quitting hit L R Z DpadUp CUp at the same time u will become a cpu do it again u become a human i think it’s the same as the manger thing but it’s in rumble mode

If you play career mode too many times, when it’s time to play Stone Cold at Wrestlemania the dummy will come out and get stuck at the foot of the ring with theme music continuously playing lol I glitched the hell out of this game

Unfortunately no. Replaying it for the channel reminded me that Wrestlemania 2000 is by far the hardest by default in the AKI series. It just takes time and patience. I had to restart the rumble like 10 times no joke. Just keep trying, take your time, taunt in between count downs to keep up momentum, and after using a special, picking up an opponent, even fresh into the match, will keep them dizzy for like 7 seconds, so you can push them close to the ropes and hit them onto the apron. Watch out for other opponents when eliminating someone else, they might hit you out along with them. Lastly, running away, doing corner taunts and rolling out of harms way while trying to get someone who is dominating you to look at someone else is the best strategy I can say. Taking your time and waiting for opportunities is the only way to go... Unless you're really good at reversing.😂 I might make a video on tips though at some point. You forgot to mention Triple H's unused DX Taunt. Luckily, I made a Triple H '97 with that taunt. Afterall, He and Shawn Michaels were a DX Pair before Hunter's betrayal in '02...

About reverse entrance taunt, you can do that to Chris Jericho
You need the stone cold walk to activate the glitch. So you'd have to clone Chris Jericho to a Caw slot to do that.
If you change triple h’s attire to his dx attire, he actually does the pyro with X-PAC, the corporate ministry music and video also works with Vince McMahon
I don't think that's correct. I believe it's only Shane McMahon and Undertaker work for the corporate ministry. And I thought that the DX Taunt would work but it doesn't as it was only a beta taunt that made it in for create a wrestler sadly.

I think the revenge main menu is also a reference song. I forget which one but apparently a van Helen song is supposed to be in either mania or revenge.
I use the Goku taunts for my CAW Cesaro since he's done some DBZ taunts.

I got a question. I know about the whole tag team thing with the entrances and all. But let's say I make a tag team like maybe...Undertaker and Shane McMahon or The New Age Outlaws. Do their partnership carry over in Season Mode?
No. Season mode teams start out as mostly real teams and disintegrate as the mode goes on. Shane and Taker are not a natural team from what I understand, and I believe it's the same for the outlaws due to Road Dogg and X-Pac being the dx representatives in season. However even if you don't change the music, teams like the Union, (Big Show, Test, Ken Shamrock, & Mankind) Headbangers, (Chaz & Thrasher) Mark Henry and D Lo Brown, The Brood, (Edge, Christian, & Gangrel) all naturally start off as teams regardless even if you don't change the music or titantrons. Maybe the Outlaws are a natural team but I honestly forget.

Everyone bows down to shit No Mercy. I love all of AKI's the WCWs+Wrestlemania 2K, amusing that they really began on crap PS1 with WCW vs The World! Also I love how vastly different World Tour and Wrestlemania's NTSC-J counterparts are, complete opposite different games! VPWs
Yeah, total passion in every product they've made. Although I disagree on No Mercy, I do wish our modern wrestling games had as much heart as these games did. Ultra Pro Wrestling that's being developed now looks like it'll be the true modern day successor though. Fingers crossed!
