Hey guys. One year update:
The left bottom corner of the Latercase, since its such a small piece of material, has snapped off. I knew it would to be honest. The cheaper Amazon case has lasted longer!
Id totally recommend it over the Latercase.

After living with both cases foe a few months, final thoughts are, go for Amazon one. The latercase has almost zero protection on the corner with the SPen. Thats trouble waiting to happen.
All of these products are coming from China including Pitaka. I've found the old design patterns Pitaka used to use (the side yellow strip pattern) being sold on Aliexpress for half the price. I feel they're all coming from the same manufacture and being sold under different names.
it very well could be. Now that ive lived with both cases, honestly i prefer the cheaper amazon one.

I got the Latercase for the Galaxy Fold4 and I hated how it wrappeda round too much, making the cramped outer screen even more cramped
I totally underatand your problem. Im not defending the latercase, but the galaxy fold4 outer screen dimensions is utter rubbish.
I personally think that Pitaka has now overtook latercase in terms of phone cases (and ecosystem), with better customer service and the s23 ultra case has a metal ring around the lenses not just the aramid but idk
Id really like to get a pitaka, its just the price point is so high. Even factoring in the added magsafe feature (which i personally dont need), its so much more expensive than the latercase.
I think we are maybe oversqueezing the definition of the word 'ecosystem'

No they dont. Theyre flush with the lens.

@Señor Limpio Gaming the latercase for s22 ultra covers everything just like the one you got from amazon, which I preferred.
@Don Nguyen thats interesting. The s21 ultra latercase also didnt cover the top and bottom. Thats a bummer. Seems like the s22 one was the best version

DO NOT BUY LATERCASE PRODUCTS. The last case I bought from them had a clear defect and their customer service team told me to pound sand. At their prices, it's not worth the chance. AVOID LATERCASE.
That's strange. Their customer service must have went downhill. A couple years ago I bought a Later Case for my P30 Pro and the charging cut out was out of alignment. I took pictures and they sent me a new one within a day or two. I'm not denying your issue.
In my experience, all customer service areas are totally hit and miss. Not denying either comment.
