    Hai good morning sir...I watched MSA full video.. thanks sir also I have doubt
    1. Stability means u said .." external time period" measurements
    For example today I check one part same part should be check next day(tomorrow) and next week or else different part( new part)
    2.pls give one video how to make and calculation with example of bias and linearity

    However,I have small doubt to ask. @5.11 says Measurement system should be in statistical control. May I ask how to get a measurement system in statistical control?
    I believe it should be the PROCESS that needs to be in statistical control instead of Measurement System?
    Please correct me if I am wrong?Thanks again.....

      Your Query: It means no presence of special cause in the Measurement System. That is the fundamental requirement of Good Measurement System.

    Sir plz explain how to select samples for msa study. If Dimn is 10.0 +/- 0.02 can i take sample outside from this limit like 10.03 or 9.97 for study.
    Because to know measurement system capable to detect rejected parts.

    We have following Grr conducted with good part tolerance variation of min to max. But my selection of parts are not allowed that particular dimensions ng part
    May I allowed in this selection rejected parts?

      For Actual MSA, OOT parts on higher side, lower side, boundary cases and near to nominal cases to be selected, else MSA will not reflect the right picture. Hope this helps. Happy Learning.

      Sir from my understanding ur doing msa study for qualifying the instrument. So it is mandatory to chose out of tolerance parts, within tolerance parts of min and Max tolerance. So that u will understand better about the results.
