I'm not Albanian and even I know it's oversimplified when you say "Albanian dance" because every region has it's own style and there are a lot of Albanian dances. This dance in particular, if I'm not mistaken, is from southern Albania.
You’re right! It is! It’s the most common dance steps, so, especially for new songs, it’s the steps danced. But there are many more that you go backwards for, or do four steps at a time
