Thx for the property tour. Great purchase!
Thanks for watching!
Congrats on the new place. Happiest day of my life was when I bought my acreage.
@michaelwinter9733 good to hear from you. We’re pretty excited. We’ve been looking for something like this for a while. Everything is so expensive.
I remember the first sunset I sat on MY back porch looking at MY new 2-acre back yard with MY beer in hand in 1991. Great feeling for sure.
I was blind siding in Ft Myers Fl. I hit the pole with the trailer. Luckily the lines didn't come down. But that pole was going back and forth. I thought that was it for me. There was a lady in her office watching out her office window I will never forget the look on her face. Nothing ever came of it I got so lucky. Always get out and look. Something I didn't do that day. Nice property. I love your truck pre emissions and no ELD that's the way to go.
I like the privacy and seclusion
Amen to that
Saw a snorkel truck driving down a main road in Northampton Ma. With the snorkel fully extended. It hit the power lines with a lot of sparking & popping. Dozens of people stood on the sidewalk, knowing what was about to happen. Red faced driver & worker got out of the truck.
Congratulations Fitz. That place might need some work but I see your vision. I think it looks like a really nice property. 👍👍👍
Thanks 👍
When i drove quad axle dump truck we had to back spread base coarse on a street in town and i caught a power line running across the road pulling down the line burning holes in the cab protecter. The guy backing us up was suppose to be watching
Your property looks really nice.
Thanks!
Any stories about low power lines, low bridges or anything like that?
Was in downtown Chicago and the bridge sign said 12’4”, so I sat there trying to figure out how I’m going to back up to turn around with all this traffic. A cop pulls up and says “go ahead and go, you can make it.” Well after arguing about the physics of the matter and how you can’t fit a 13’6’ round peg in a 12’4” square hole, he said just creep up to it. If I’m wrong I’m wrong and I’ll stop traffic behind you. So I did….he was right. Weird. It was like 13’8”, no idea why the sign is there. Just north of 294 I think, been a minute though.
Dang trucks never gonna be clean now haha but I’ve been close to some bridges and stop lights and jersey barriers. But that’s what I want. House in the boonies with no one around
@JoshsTruckingadventures I’m ganna look like I’m doing the eld crawl going down the dirt road after I wash my truck haha. Thankfully I only have to go a mile on dirt to get to pavement
@@truckingwithfitz3399 gotta do what ya gotta do. My truck was all clean and polished again before I hit rain in Wyoming
