I really like Niall. He's obviously a Bernie Progressive. But he doesn't get emotional disagreeing with Robby. I have a lot of respect for the way this team communicates with each other and discuss the news stories.
It's funny to see how people disagree with him all in liking him at the same time...he encourages a very positive and mature attitude..we should send him to the front of all war negotiation lol.
The thing is that the GOP aren't trying to tout diversity, so that's why it doesn't matter when they aren't perfectly representing every single demographic. When they respond to criticism of lack of diversity by showing off a group they are doing well with, it's to say that when people are well suited for a job, there will naturally be diversity most of the time. If women happen to be well suited for cabinet picks, there will be diversity thanks to their qualification, not their gender. So when Dems cry that there aren't enough black people represented in the picks, the answer isn't that Trump should seek out black people. He should still focus on qualifications, and if there happens to be diverse picks that's a bonus.
