      You can try to extend your tourist visa at the immigration office. If you already found a job then your employer needs to apply for work permit for you.

    • @KindnessAniogbo

      I think You will need to book appointment yourself on Dubai LT VFS or Embassy site. That's how you get a date for your TRPA.

      Ohh, my this one might be tricky for you now as you need to get apostile in an approve Gh embassy of of your country in EU or in Lithuania if you have one, then Min of foreign affaris LT needs to stamp your Police report as well. But if you are a student, please ask your university to send immigration a letter that you will do apostile upon arrival

      @Tee-mee Sadly, there is no Lithuanian embassy in Nigeria. You can only go to other countries where they have an embassy to submit your application.

    Hi, please advise: my daughter is 16+, with admission to study medicine in LT, her mother will like to accompany her (to settle in and of course see where her child will be leaving in) what kind of visa will she apply for? Tourist to LT or Schengen? Separate application for herself or along side her study permit for the international student?

    • @KindnessAniogbo
      @KindnessAniogbo  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hello Sir, congrats to your daughter. I think mummy would need to apply for a regular Schengen visa or what they call National type C visa which is the same. This will allow her come with your daughter. This visa will be separate application but still combined as she could state what reasons she is travelling and providing proof of application and university documents of your daughter in her visa application. Please let me know if you have other questions.

      Thanks for responding, we just noticed that LSMU (Kaunas) is not allowing us submit application. Which is her 1st choice but application to Vilnius was successful.
      Wondering why…….. (but noticed it disallows because of certain Nationalities)… this gets us worried about Lithuania……… with reservations……..

    • @KindnessAniogbo

      It shouldn't be a problem at all, if she has a Schengen visa she can come and apply for TRP here in LT as long as her TRP is out during the validity of her visa. If she will need to stay longer than her visa validity to get TRo, then call immigration and ask what happens next. All the best to you two.

      There is langauge barrier not just in Lithuania but in every European country.
      But you can survive as younger people here speaks good basic English but learning the language of a country you are in is highly advisable as it opens more doors of opportunities.
