I don’t think that’s possible, you can only pick up where you did your biometrics so you use same to enter into Schengen area at resumption.
Also, even though VFS says students can apply anywhere , Turkey has been claiming you just be resident to use their VFS, so said those who used Turkey last year.
Hey, if you are still watching you'll hear she mentioned that someone will help you pick it up in Lithuania then send via courier service to the person. Keep watching the video for more details on that point.

So sorry to hear this!. If UAE is not responding, then it might mean that you'd have to submit a new application ti change the location for biometrics. That way you can choose other places for your appointment. Hoping all goes well with you. Wishing you the best.

Duplicate the application, cancel the first one and submit again. Select another VFS office. It's best you check if there's appointment.

Hi the VFS in Nigeria no longer processes visas for Lithuania. So you will need to go to other countries with an embassy of VFS that can take applications for Lithuania. The list of counties is available in the video.

You can get it done in your country, if you from Nigeria then use the organisations mentioned in this video if not, I recommend contact your min of Foreign affairs to confirm where you can do it. If you are speaking about SKVC qualification in Lithuania then please check skvc.lt to start your process.

Hello I did my biometric on September 20 at vfs Dubai is more than 2 months know I have not received any reply from MIGRIS the only msg I received in my MIGRIS account was to field a pledge for declaration of residence

Hi did you pledge in that case to declare your residence?@@user-tm5yh7xq4h If not then please inform them that you will do this only upon arrival as you are outside the country. You can also contact your school/work to inform the same to migris

Great question Gozie. From my research, you will need to go back to the same country you applied to pick up your card. It will not be sent or given to someone else for pick up as you need to do a final biometric scan to verify you are the real person picking up your card.

Ohh, my this one might be tricky for you now as you need to get apostile in an approve Gh embassy of of your country in EU or in Lithuania if you have one, then Min of foreign affaris LT needs to stamp your Police report as well. But if you are a student, please ask your university to send immigration a letter that you will do apostile upon arrival
