I haven't played limbo since they added overguard, but I know of one effective method. Melee influence goes through the rift, so you can kill eximus outside the rift by just hitting the mobs inside.
@@Semaradrid Subsume Aqua Blades over his 3, run negative efficiency and range in favour of duration and strength. Equip the Aqua Blades augment. Now just run around while in the rift and AOE slash proc'ing everything to death with damage that scales higher each time it does damage, while generating energy so you can hold cast the Aqua Blades to throw a blade forward that does scaling damage based on the damage the spinning blades have been doing, and adds more damage to that value to make the next thrown blade do even more. Toss on rolling guard so you can roll out/collect resources/roll back while being invulnerable or so you can roll out and pop a nullifier bubble and roll back in to kill it with the blades. You can also use rolling guard to let you pop the drones that make everything around them invulnerable in arbitration. Welcome to being an immortal Limbo with constant damage output that has no hard counters. Bonus Points: -You can still banish the arbitration defence objective since it's a guy, and now he's in the rift for 90+ seconds. -Since it's got negative range and huge duration, you can cataclysm+time stop the defence point without messing with your teammates while shifting it into the rift. -You can cataclysm+time stop over an ally who has been downed so you can freely revive them, and if they are still in a stick situation afterwards you can banish them so they can escape and then just roll to exit the rift once they have some breathing room. You are officially the king of Excavation, Defence, Arbitration, and survival. You do decent at Exterminate since you basically just run past enemies and they die, even into low steel path (takes a moment to let it scale at first, but afterwards it's fine), you are great in escort and rescue missions because you can banish the AI to keep them safe. And for bonus points throw on Shade and go run spy missions and just run past everything while invisible and in the rift. Sadly you have to leave the rift to hack, but can just cataclysm+time lock the space behind you and hack while anything that shoots at you has their bullets stopped before they get to you, and anything that tries to close the gap gets stuck in the time stopped cataclysm. My point was that you don't need any stats for tornado, besides energy sustain and in case of aoe weapons, funnel clouds for even more damage.
