Change management is an integral part of the integrated system of any project. Projects are driven by change at any time. If change request is requested by any stakeholder in the project it must be handle by managing all the scope schedule and cost constraint of the project. If changes are made without considering the project, you can have scope creep at your hand, and as a result, you will be running unnecessary changes.
Interestingly, agile handles changes entirely differently; agile accepts all the changes as the principle of elegant is to get changes in the project. Everything is explained in this video in detail.

Hello Amer....Is there any other way to handle the change in Agile when that change is out of the scope of project and it is must to do to mitigate any issue. Can PO can handle these kind of change him self >>??
wheneever we have change in agile it goes to PO and he will handle it by putting in product backlog

One what if in my mind :- If sponser already denied to do something in early stage. But later on in project if any stakeholder raise a change request for the same thing. What PM should do. He should straight away reject the change request or follow the change request process ??

In one of your Q&A session you told first change control request is raised and then impact analysis is done.
Here you are saying we do impact analysis first and then submit change request to CCB.

Whenever change is requested it mean it has been raised, we can only do impact analysis when change has been raised or logged
First impact analysis then it goes to change control board for review & decision.
Sir, suppose in the 3rd sprint the team realized that unless and until the server is upgraded with specific 3rd party tool these user stories and future stories will not be effective.
In this scenario where the PO has no control, how the CR process will happen? Because unlike predictive this will easily go thru CCB.
Very good question. We have Architeure Spike for this purpose. This will be classified as Spike user story and team will discuss with PO. PO will add in it Product backlog as high risk item and they will tackle it accordingly. I hope i answer the question
