This is a great summary; I have a question for CR: as per this video and others, too, the PM analyze first, and then CR gets submitted, but when I answer questions like this, they are wrong. when we add a change to the change log, does that mean CR is submitted to add it to the Change log?

Why are under budget and below schedule the wrong answers compared to under budget and within schedule? SPI >1 is good, and 1.8 will make it ahead of schedule, meaning we are ahead. Did you mean under budget and ahead of schedule for C.? Sorry, I can't seem to understand the schedule below.
