I think I will try jack in windows, I have used it in Linux before.

It works great in Windows 10 but I couldn't get it to work on Windows 11 a few months ago so I'm not sure if they updated it yet.

It is an unsupported and unstable recorder, maybe you have better luck with Nysthi's stereo recorder
