Great video. However not sure how can I do this using a Chinese Penhold grip. I think it's similar but I have problem with the rotating of the elbow, forearm and then the wrist. The stance, the point of contact with the ball and when the accelerate etc.
Hi David, yes you can do this with a cpen grip. I play cpen also. Just remove your pointer finger from the handle similar to how he does it when serving, so that only ur thumb is on top of the blade. Then put ur pointer finger back around the handle like normal right after serving. U can get much better spin this way.
