I went to a monastery with monks from Thailand near my house in the USA for a blessing and a dharma talk. There turned out to be no dhamma talk at all because their website actually had a glitch and it was showing a dhamma talk when there was none. The monks were so kind and they brought out a heat lamp and some chairs, homemade roasted peanuts and tea and fruit and we talked dhamma. Their kindness and hospitality was so refreshing.
