@@iddy2122 the problem is the weight being 50 kg a sack and transporting it from the mainland to here but probably cost a lot. I believe there is a cement factory in Madagascar now most of the cement comes by ship from India to good business to buy in India maybe 15 or âŽ20,000 worth and load it onto a ship to send to Madagascar obviously the government will tax it probably at 20% but thereâs still plenty of profit for the owner of the cement.
Is not better to build a swimming pool or something under the level of ground (canteen, for exemple) on that pit instead trying to fill it? Looking forward for your trip to another side of island...
A swimming pool would work well the thing is that a swimming pool will cost âŽ10,000 and the land and house with the washroom will cost âŽ20,000 so itâs like 50% on this property costs to add a pool. I would look to have a âŽ20,000 swimming pool on a 2000 square metre plot with a âŽ50,000 house build or 8 apartments worth âŽ200,000, you could build a house on stilts over the hole to save filling it in the thing is the plot is still big enough to build everything he wants on the hard ground. Hello. Thank you for your videos. I have a question: What about the visa? If I always have to leave the country after 90 days, it will be expensive. What options are there to get permanent residence? Found a company?
Money talks in Madagascar thereâs many ways you can stay, you can get a residency or visa extensions email me this question at passivenomads@gmail.com
Itâs not so easy but itâs possible to build a basic 3 bed house for $25,000 a well should cost about $250 a washroom like we are building should cost $1000, $50,000 can go a long way to build a 4 bed 3 bathroom house finished to a western standard if you use local guys and pay them by the day. This guy will likely spend $20,000 to $25,000 to buy the land build the walls the well and a small 2 bed house
â@@s0sasantana174 Yes your assumption is correct. I bought 5 hectare of land just outside of Maroantsentra and it cost around 18 thousand dollars. It was also already cleared and being used for cattle. A beautiful place about 10 minutes drive to the beach.

Assuming cement is the most expensive part of the building, what are the import taxes like for it? Anyway of getting cheap cement from the mainland?
