Dont be ignorants brothers we called them Suku Anak Dalam, they are extremely protective with their community and family. Government always try to reach them out but they are too scared to asimilate, for them outsider like us are all scammer and fraud. Some LSM try to teach them how to read and write but the number is still small in number.

There are HUGE dawah opportunities in Indonesia. Vast majority of people already are muslims and they just need someone to make dawah with them to correct their aqidah. Don't forget that this country embraced Islam without any wars. The problem is that everyone wants to make dawah in the west but very rarely you find someone who really cares about the non-arabic muslim countries.
Indonesia has a very strong dawah groups that spread and bringing people both in the cities and jungle to Islam. The most impressive to me are a group of young Muslims and New Reverts joining forces headed unofficially by BangZuma that engage in discussions and debates with Christians Missionaries, Pastors and Preachers in comparative religions on tiktok, youtube channel etc. They have mastered the Quran, the Bible both in the translation and in the original (Greek and Hebrew) languages of the Bible. Its mindblowing. They are in steps with those boys at SpeakersCorner, Dr. ZakirNaik and the late Sh. Ahmed Deedat to teach, clarify and to bulldoze all the misconceptions and lies against Islam.
Tribal people in remote islands but they live in harmony with nature and their hearts are still pure and sincere. After reverting them to Islam, they need to be continuously taught of the aqidah of Islam deeper.
Masyaallah, from North to South, East to west, the recitation of the verses, how can we avoid mistakes, this is the miracle of the Al Quran from the Allah swt to prophet Muhammad peace be open him and spread to the whole world. Amin.

Been to beautiful Indonesia a couple of times for business and libur and Alhamdulillah meeting wonderful Muslims. I'm Indonesian & I didn't know such tribes existed. We have many many Imams here, but almost none of them ever go to these places, because you'd need substantial amount of funding to do these type of dawahs.
