- Taylormade V Takomo WOODS EDITION!! Yes they do woods!!! - Today I put Takomos new ignis fairway woods straight to the test against what I believe are the best fairway woods on the market the Stealth 2 fairway woods!! Takomo have gone left field here and moved into the wood market to try become a full bag manufacturer… would you invest in these woods that are £80 cheap or stick to a brand you can try?!?!
It is great to see you out on the golf course in unfriedly weather, heavy air and fog. I am jealous. It feels like you are getting away with having too much fun while most people are either working or hiding out in a warm home.
Included changeable weights 🎉 kudos to that ! Great review Chris !
Great and informative review. This is a very underrated channel in my humble opinion. I really like seeing Dave a more relatable golfer to us who struggle with this beloved game
Great review Mate!
I still have my old Cobra LTD Black Fairway wood and I have tried new fairway woods but none have made a difference so I can't get rid of old trusty😅
Well done Chris I think tikomo irons are value for money 👏 😊
Fantastic looking clubs.
Chris Love your videos. They seem direct and without BS In Canada, our courses are now closed ☹ but it is what it is. I think that our west coast clubs are open Totally off topic, but what rain wear are you wearing? Thank You
George
I would like to see a head to head vs Ping. I find them to be the most forgiving and consistent especially of center hits...for your avg mid-handicapper who is scared of hitting fwy woods.
The 5 wood is the club! Turn it down and make it into a 4 wood and it's buttery smooth.
Do you carry both a 3 wood and 5 wood?
@@BigDawgCAM not anymore. I used to carry a 3 and 5 wood, but now I just do the 5. It gives me some flexibility to bring another wedge, or a 2 hybrid, or whatever I need based on the conditions of the day.
Takomo Driver looks like the new upcoming Kirkland Driver
I am a fan of Takomo but when people do the reviews i think that they should state that although they retail at £227 the actual price you end up paying is £267 after duties (tax) and delivery so again still cheaper than the big companies but,but not by much.
Got my 3 wood last week. Plays great, Hits great. Just don’t like the sound, but I can get past that. That’s about it in terms of negative
Yeah, I know ppl talk about distanced but if you get used or know your distances I don't think it matters if it's 5-10 yard different. It's not much really
Exactly could not agree more, I hit 3wood All day straight mates smash drivers EVERYWHERE😂
wish takomo offered a midsize grip on the fairway woods if they do i can not find it cheers from Canada
Great job Chris!!!!!
All day every day I go with the taylormade.
How much bigger the clubheads are? I have my OLD TM bigger RBZ (plays better than driver, spin and accuracy) but then O bought the m4 5wood a its great club on great days-absolutely not ma always to go but if i hit it well its great
Hey Chris I have a 5 wood and a 3 wood that are tailor made that I hit close to the same distance do you know can you figure out why I bought him as a set same shaft
On the Takomo website for fairway woods, what does the number, following the weight of the shaft, designate?
Stiffness. Regular is the lower, then stiff then X stiff
Ignis? I wonder what Decathlon will say!
Does anyone know what type of adapter you would need in order to change out the shaft on these fairway woods and driver's?
hi chris
Looks kinda deep faced for a fairway wood. Usually makes it tougher to launch off the deck. Unless it’s just the video making it look that way.
Got the 3 wood last week. Launches with ease
100 000 dollar simulator and no heating ?
Its 30 quid delivery, so its very similar to premium brands at the end of the day
