I’m so happy I watched today! I have 4 adult children and my oldest has autism that will always be in our nest too. It can be difficult, but helps so much to have other parents for support. It can be quite isolating. I love how positive Erin is. ❤

It amazes me how people with autistic children or an autistic child always take every opportunity possible to mention that. It’s just like how pregnant women never miss an opportunity to announce they’re pregnant. We females are strange.

Wow I had 2 "Dawn" Dolls - I think one was actually Dawn (with golden colored hair) and a blue & white dress - and the other was called Angie (with dark hair) and a lavender dress.. I haven't thought about those dolls in years. That's crazy that Erin brought them up. Great memory.
Have 2 kids - one is at NYU and the other applying now to colleges. Senior year grades do count and you have to turn first and second semester grades into the universities they are accepted to.
Erin Murphy is the most fun, positive person. I love every interview she does. She is so likable and so charming and grounded. Love love love her.

There was a sequel novel to Gone With the Wind called Scarlett. It was also adapted as a miniseries. and is available on a number of streaming services.
I like the book so much that I read it once a year

Sebrena always rubbed he ear lobe to do her magic in both the comics and the Archie cartoons. I'm surprised Melissa never did that on the TV show.
They did have a show, (Tabitha) all grown up. But it didn't last long. The reason is , that Adam . Her brother. Had powers on Bewitched . But the show Tabitha, he didn't. That was wrong. But he has powers just like Tabitha.
I don't think he did. His grandfather made it look like he did. Anyway after that he never was shown to have powers.
The Tabatha spin off in 1980 was just atrocious.
I remember being so disappointed
I can see so much of Elizabeth’s influence upon Erin. It’s amazing how people influence us from childhood. Liz was such an inspiring personality and woman and so much of her positivity, and civic work and love of the underdog seems to have rubbed off on Erin. Erin has an old fashioned quality about her which many women these days have lost. She seems modest and sweet and full of light and love. It’s amazing to have a connection still to Lizzy through Erin’s presence. People from those times (60s/70s) were just so much nicer in a real way than people are now. Erin is 2 years older than me so I always identified with her.

I believe the LGBQ+ community loved Bewitched it was because having one of the first openly gay man in it's cast ..Paul Lynde and everyone loved him without hatred
As a teacher, it infuriates me when parents refuse to have their kids tested. We can't give your child the accommodations they need, especially for tests, without knowing what he/she needs. What really angers me is when moms email asking for special treatment or extra time for their kid but we have no reason to do favors for that specific child and not the other kids without a diagnosis. I don't understand caring more about grades and labels and college instead of making your child feels confident in themselves right now.

I was just thinking I’d like to have a Jeanne bottle. There was a small Tabitha series in the 80s. The movie was just rotten.
“Tabatha” the 80s series was really really bad. I remember watching it at the time and being so disappointed as I’d been a huge bewitched fan. It was bad writing, outdated, bad acting, bad premises all of it was a disaster. Don’t know why they didn’t just get Erin Murphy who would’ve been a young teen at the time to play her own character instead of getting Lisa Hartman. The movie bewitched they made with Nicole Kidman in the 90s was even worse. They’ve never been able to do a successful remake of Bewitched, ever.

It should be okay to ask for help for your kids, although some labels do get held against them or gets called demonic oppression. It's better to know what specific things are obstacles instead of attaching a name to it.
