We visited a filming location from Sabrina the Teenage Witch, Spellman Manor! This house was used in the Sabrina the Teenage Witch series that ran from 1996-2003, starting on ABC's TGIF lineup and starring Melissa Joan Hart! The house is located in Freehold, NJ. Only the outside of the home was used in filming, as the inside of the home was on a soundstage. Season one was recorded at Universal Studios in California and seasons two through seven were filmed at Paramount Pictures.

Sabrina the teenage witch is one of my favorite shows! I'm 27, almost 28 now & she dressed so cute, the cute fake talking cat & ahh, the nostalgia!
Yesss! Same for me! I made my husband watch it and he liked it too haha! I feel like it’s a show I can always go back to and it never gets old

I don’t like the way the house looks now I liked it with theRailing it looked a lot nicer now it kind a looks like a cheap knock off they need to change it back it just looks like they trying to make it a little more modern and he just doesn’t look right
You’re right! It does look more modern. They completely removed the third story balcony. It’s hard to tell it’s the house at first glance, unless you’re a huge Sabrina fan for sure!
That, and the CHARMED manor are mu favorite TV houses ever. Do you have any footage of the inside of the house?
We wish! It was for sale, but we couldn’t get in. The inside was built on a soundstage. The charmed manor is beautiful! We would love to visit there!

Nice but the original sabrina was a comic and then an animated show in the 70s. This is I believe the third adaptation of Sabrina Spellman but I think it's actually the 4th because the first movie came out first.

How’s the inside of the house look like?
It looked nothing like how the house looked in the show. It was actually being used as a law firm before it was up for sale.
Why I have a feel that in season 4 the set inside a house and in school is a bit different than season 2,3, it looks not cool and not natural than the previous season. I am wondering a lot, could anyone explain to me, please?

That’s true. We should have rephrased it as the first live action sitcom Sabrina, you are correct. Sabrina was originally from the Archie comics, created in the 1960s. We were focused more on that specific filming area than the full history of the show. Now we know to add everything!! Thank you for the comment and watching! 🥰
