Definitely. It more-so gives like a sibling vibe, but it makes so much sense why they were cast opposite each other. There’s a lot of actors who talk about how chemistry on film could be amazing but in real life the romantic chemistry just didn’t click. I guess it’s work for them though and needs to be a professional environment. I’m always happy to hear when people say how close and positive their crew was.
Amanda nailed the introduction to this episode. The way she asked Melissa, “How are you going to handle today? He was your first TV boyfriend…” was so funny! This episode had so many layers. First there was the Hollywood-gossip aspect where they dished on behind the scenes details of “Sabrina.” Then there was digging deeper and examining issues that affect actors’ employability such as male-pattern baldness and weight gain, tackled through humour. Finally, there was the getting-to-know-you better portion where we got to hear about Nate’s musical tastes, etc. and got to be impressed by how well prepared he came, sporting pink flamingo slippers and ready to give answers before Melissa asked the questions. I especially enjoyed hearing about how Charlize Theron is the one responsible for Nate’s hair loss due to a quick hair tussle. Hopefully Melissa’s suggestion of filming her and Nate watching the last episode of the series to get their reactions on camera will come to fruition so we can watch it on her TH-cam channel.
Nate Richert. What an asset to the world. The song says it all, was absolutely dropped from the acting world for superficial reasons, even with a talent that could rival most musicians, and yet still has an excellent outlook on the world. The song was very Johnny Cash-esque. Get yourself back on our screens my man, we’ve missed you. Fantastic podcast.

What I want to know is why in the series finale, sabrina would even think that Aaron was her soul mate, when indeed her soul mate was harvey all along, when she fell to pieces after he told her he was leaving in the s6 finale.
Sabrina & Harvey was always my favorite couple on the show and I was so happy with the way the finale ended and i cried from happy tears. S.T.T.W is a show that can be watched over and over again with the whole family.

Nate just seems like a pretty down to earth guy that I'd like to meet one of these days...he's still a pretty handsome guy, even if he is bald. I loved his song and just could not stop laughing. 😄😂 I'm excited for him to get back out and hit the tv/film genre. Hope he gets hired for (coughs) NBC. He'll be so great in whatever he does! 💙💙💙

I’m so grateful for this show, nothing else brings me comfort like this show and it’s truly from you Melissa and all of the other cast! The chemistry was just unbeatable! I'm thrilled to have stumbled upon this interview. Harvey was my first high school crush, and it was quite disappointing when they wrote off his character. It's good to see him doing well and looking great at this age. I would have loved to see him in more shows or popular TV sitcoms though.
Rewatching the series, I really love all the characters but Harvey is a favorite because even if he's not as loud or wacky, his sweetness and ditziness always manage to cheer me up and make me smile, plus he's cute :) Actually quite a talented guy too 'cos aside from his musician skills, his imdb page said he did a lot of dancing when he was younger and there's an episode in the first season where Harvey breaks into an impressive dance because Sabrina casts some kind of confidence spell on him (It's the one where Sabrina's aunts make dates out of 'man dough'.) I find myself wondering if that was actually Nate dancing and I wouldn't be surprised if it was. As it turns out from this interview, he also knows how to build things and is very sweet, down to earth and humble. I'm so sad he's struggled to find work but pleased he seems happy and doing ok :)
Originally, they were going to have a next season (or spinoff show) be basically about Sabrina and Harvey moving into a free (but haunted) house as newlyweds and adjusting to living there. (Salem would come along too I think.) That’s what I wish would have happened.
It is such a trip, Nate Richert sounds exactly the same to me from Sabrina. I just rewatched "Sabrina, The Teenage Witch" movie and TV show! When i see Nate Richert I see him as Harvey. When I see Melissa Joan Hart I see her as Mel from Melissa and Joey. Love y'all, keep up the great work

I love Sabrina & Harvey! I like how for the StarWars movie 'Solo', they re-wrote Han Solo to be a happy & fun guy in his youth, and the actor looked just like Nate Richert. I guess the Star producers were Harvey fans, too! It actually made the movie better than I expected.
