500 miles trophy on rocket league, about two years after the game’s release they lowered the number down to 50, i wish i could say i earnt the trophy for only driving 50 miles! 😣
Returnal's glyphs are up there, other than that maybe WWE 2K MP trophies, super grindy!! There were tons of other trophies that drove me to the edge, but at least they were a challenge, not a grind 😅

You are SO right, I sometimes sit there doing the same mission or race again and again trying to get a trophy. Or I spend 3 hours trying to find missing collectables and I really wonder if I am a crazy person. None of my friends are trophy hunters and they keep telling me to stop trophy hunting and stop wasting my time doing boring or frustrating gameplay. Trophies do impact what games I play as you always have so many games to choose from and I will tend to avoid the ones with a really difficult/frustrating trophy list.

There are really absurd lists that make no sense. Many players simply prefer not to experience the game if there is a super demand to finish it. I personally think this is a mistake. I believe that we don't need to complete everything in every game and that the obsession itself with platinum or 100% in every game is a mistake; I don't think we should either no playing or have to complete everything if a game is good, despite a poorly conceived trophy list. For those interested in the subject, I recommend the Unknown_V2 channel, which abandoned the race for trophies after many years among the top 3 in the world in the leaderboards. Where there is no more joy, no more challenge, where there is only meaningless repetition, well, I will no longer be there.
I agree with you, this is actually I struggled with for a long time, and just recently I started to let go and enjoy more games casually if the trophy list is bad. As for UnknownV2, solid suggestion, I am familiar with his channel, he has some great insights.

My god... Tomb Raider MP grind was absolutely disgusting!! The gold medals I didn't find it too bad in GTA since you can concentrate on different objectives each time. The others I can't vouch for because I haven't played them haha but they also sound terrible xD Great video man
My most annoying platinium out of the 4 I have is mgs2. The "virtually impossible" trophy was so damn long. And just when I get to mgs1 snake's vr missions and alternative missions I thought it would be just as easy as the rest. And god I was wrong. It had one of the biggest difficulty spikes I've ever experienced. It was so hard and sometimes felt impossible. Even the dog tags which had me play the game on every difficulty and hold up every soldier individually to get his dog tag weren't as hard and frustrating as this one.
Still in awe of the fact you got Max Payne 3 man it just baffles me! Another awesome video Iliya! The most annoying trophy I got recently was for playing 25 races online in NFS Heat 🤣 I didn't boost it and the online is so inconsistent I must have been at it for a good 8 hours 🙄

I did Tomb Raider (2013) to Level 60 too, but I did it alone for 16 hours in a private lobby "Rescue on Beach". You collect 20 Medkits in about 10 Minutes over and over again.
I heard about this method, probably the fastest one solo for sure. For me, trading kills was quicker because I did it with a friend and I played 2 consoles to skip the 10 seconds respawn timer, but it was a pain as well..
Mafia 2 oh dear God I just went through that last month the wanted posters where a nightmare and I thought hard difficulty was going to be the most difficult when it wasn't really that bad except for the docks at chapter 14 and the first gun fight of 15 is when hard difficulty really comes into effect
My worst one (surprised I even went for) was Gold Medalist on Virtua Tennis 2009. 50 golds in the game, two of which had a combined win count of online matches, equal to 750! And it being a bronze trophy to top it off. As for MP3, I can't believe I forget that dialog between Max and Passos before going up the stairs haha (don't remind me btw!) It's always so satisfying of course when you do get it out of the way! Never again as they say haha.

Great video and list Iliya! Solid Gold Baby for me wasn't too bad. 100% was alot more annoying in my opinion :) Some of my most annoying Trophies would be 1. GTA5 Close Shave. The under the bridge ones were annoying but the Knife Flight ones were SO annoying. I remember not completing one of them for around 30 minutes!! Absolutely hated it 2. Call Of Duty Black Ops 3 Personal Decorator. There's so much you have to do. Beat the campaign twice! That Trophy is the most annoying trophy I've gotten (so far)

Essentially load into an area, collect all the food and bring it back to one place and slowly eat it while your health depletes. Once its nearly done, head to the next area and repeat until you've survived 7 in game days. No save function, can't leave and come back. If you die you start again. Its not even hard, I just kept zoning out when I was playing. Failed 4 times.
My most annoying trophy is the the last of us multiplayer trophy... It just wasn't fun at all and so time consuming. Playing the game around 7 times also wasn't fun and just annoying :/ Another annoying trophy was the "Courier who broke the bank" trophy, where I had to play at least 7 hours of blackjack to get banned from all the casinos. And of course the "Legendary Cowboy" trophy from RE8 because of the difficulty.
I actually debated whether I should include this one in this video or not, and decided not to, because I found the mp pretty fun, although very long. As for RE8, yeah, I totally agree, I almost rage quit on this one haha
I managed to finish the Tomb Raider multiplayer with about 6-ish hours of grinding. With a boosting partner, we went private match, free for all, underground, as survivors. Then we sprinted to the middle and simultaneously hit each other with a grenade Launcher. 20 min matches would get upwards of 72 kills each ending in 90k xp and 5-8k supplies. Wasn't so bad. Much better than solo.
That being said, my worst trophy personally was the Kerotan frog trophy in metal gear solid 3. Hitting those things while riding a motorcycle with my ps vita aim skills was making me rage, lol.
Currently trying to get all the Riddler trophies for the Arkham Knight platinum… all 243.. not to mention that each one has its own puzzle to solve… fml
@@zxel9541 It probably would, but I am not sure I would be able to pull this off. Something I learned from doing Max Payne is that you need to be really committed to those types of games and I am currently having major free time issues. Didn't even finish HFW yet :(

My most annoying one is actually a pretty recent one for me. Requiem for a killer in arkham knight. You have to get 1,05mil points in a challenge map and after that complete a boss fight with the exact same amount of hp. (For context a single punch awards you 10 points...)
getting 1K respect points in MKX because nobody will give respect points no matter how easily U beat them or any other reason it and my internet messing up on me on my 10th win in a row is why I haven't platinumed MKX yet

Rdr2 gold medals are still worst. At least gta5 allow a couple challenges at a time. They don’t have to be completed in 1 attempt. Rdr 2 they have to completed in 1 attempt.
