Just had to pull back on Control and remove it from my system. I'd played myself into a corner and didn't feel like grinding it anymore. Will probably go back it to it at some point as this was my second attempt at playing it and I'd finally connected with the storyline. As well as finding parallels to other games that are more typically me. Which made enjoying the gameplay easier. Just didn't feel like I had the time to keep pounding my head against that wall.

In life, I very much believe in the expression “to each their own” since, I’m sure I like some weird stuff myself and shouldn’t judge others on the weirdness they enjoy… That being said. At the end of the day. Worrying about trophy count is the single stupidest decision one can make… If you’re gonna decide that, then you’re probably an enthousiast gamer. And by deciding to pursuit trophies, you’re effectively taking 100% of the fun out of gaming. Instead of enjoyment you now will actively avoid fun in exchange for absolute pain all for a number on your account which nobody will give a shit about regardless… This shit is retarded. Enjoy gaming. Play whatever you like. However you like. And stop limiting yourself for that idiotic number.

Im at the last mission, but going to Platinum it. Good game but the puzzles are not fun, 1 time fine but they came a few times and it really demotivates and ruines the pace of the game.

So do I have to get new trophies because I already have platinum on some games but it’s not added onto my rewards account.

honestly games that the DEV put multiplayer trophies i am totally in favor of the person using cheats to unlock (like with cfw on ps3), if the DEVS are not going to do the right thing and remove them, heck, NEVER PUT MULTIPLAYER TROPHIES on a SINGLEPLAYER game, then, go for it, you do this for yourself, not for the losers that like to "rate" accounts and pretend you are less if you dont have at least 80% completion rate, you do you my friend, keep it up

I'll try and keep this as short as possible. So basically I've had my PlayStation account for over 12 years and looking back at my Trophy Collection, I basically regret buying and playing all those easy 1 minute Platinum Trophy games. My PlayStation Trophy Collection might look impressive at first having over 1000 Platinum Trophies but I've played hundreds of those easy Platinum Trophy games so it's not impressive really. Don't get me wrong I also have decent Platinum Trophies on my account as well. I just should of only of bought and played the games I wanted to buy and play, not because of easy Platinum Trophies. So because of all of this, I was thinking about creating a new PlayStation account? The only problem as I said earlier is that I have like over 12 years of time, effort and money spent on my account. So what would you guys do if you felt the same way? Would you start again? Would you just carry on with your account but just now only buy and play the games you want to buy and play? Any advice would be great.

Just beat New York Minute Hardcore today. The worst thing about this mode is that you’re basically praying that throughout the whole game you won’t he encountering run ending glitches. Here’s a few examples: Global: enemies spawning out of script. (In Chapter 8, during my winning run, a third squad of mobsters exited the church after I killed the sniper when usually that doesn’t happen.) Global: Infinite loading screens. Chapter 7: When exiting the brothel there’s a chance the following section won’t load and soft lock you. (There’s a chance that going bad to the brothel and then to the canal will solve it.) Chapter 7: there’s a chance that when shooting enemies while hanging from the chain at the end Max just lets go off of the chain and falls to his death. Chapter 2, 7, 9 and 10: There’s a chance that when you have to shoot RPGs midair that you will get a bullet time shot that misses the warhead and fail the mission nonetheless. Chapter 13: when you have to shoot the APC with the rocket launcher on the ground, there’s a chance that the launcher you pick up will be with no bullets, making you risk getting one shot by the APC autocannon. Overall though, the satisfaction you get at the end is worth it.

I don't really care about trophies but having 0 on the platinum started really bugging me so I had to get at least one platinum which I did. I've got 3 platinum trophies now but I only go after them if I'm 75% there without trying and if the challenges are actually fun to do.

There are 3 'missable' trophies that make this plat a headache. The multiplayer is long yeah but hardly an issue. I caught up on a few shows thanks to it

I always start put with the idea that I will make the 100% but I gave it up cause I noticed I can’t enjoy the game-play any more as I‘d like to. I don’t know if I can call myself a gamer then. No story doesn't matter. Gameplay has suffer b/c you idiots keep saying story and graphics matter more then gameplay.

Trophies aren’t as interesting that achievements are. For me anyway. When I log on to my Xbox dashboard I can see straight away I have 116,000 achievements. On the PS the trophy count is not on the dashboard. For that reason I don’t find it them that essential. And now you’ve told me that the level gets harder and harder to raise, even less so.
