Now that is a man in full control of his bike. A level of skill beyond comprehension. Unless one saw it no one would believe it possible. A genius rider with real balls of steel.
Actually this is kind a tricky question... I always was curious about such videos where people ride "street" or "trial" on road bikes and here what I noticed. First of all they ride flat pedals in spite of the fact that road bikes usually has contact pedals and even in this video while building bike they installed contact pedals and while riding - flat pedals. Second - disc brakes. Third - I still don't get it how the hell they jump those drops. So anyway if you have any information about how these videos are filmed please write. Because I don't get it....
Algonac9 I spent around $1500 on mine. I live in Maine, though, and our roads are really crummy and full of holes. I did some research and I get almost anything that they used solid core tires.
Dude do you have permission to post this? This video belongs to the global cycling network and unless you have approval its pretty cheap to post it up.
What the heck? I mean, like "WHAT THE HECK?" Never seen anything like this on a road bike. Here I am afraid to sit on my Trek Madone 6.9 in fear it will break and you are doing that? I need to do more research on my carbon fiber bike. Assuming the bike in the vid is carbon fiber, looks like they can take a lot more than I can throw at it.
danny macaskill forever
I have watched a lot of your videos there awesome.😀
The people who do this level of riding are top level skilled athletes and must have the best sense of balance humanly possible...

Me too! I wish I'd known about this sport 45 years or more ago... 50 years ago. But it hadn't been created way back then....
