Gotta love Brian’s choice of words in every video. He states everything so accurately. We also learn a lot from him too. Truly an awesome guy, especially knowing he puts his family first, because that’s without a doubt one of the best qualities of living happy and healthy lifestyle. 🙏🏻👍🏻💪👊
I'm going through some tough times in my life lately and watching and listening to you helps me everytime. Puts a smile on my face and realize that there are people who have done great in life and are still humble.
Helped some people today broke down with a flat tire in a bad spot by my house. Thought about being a good person and or neighbor. Like u talked about in the end of the last vid. Crazy how much that brought light to everyday helping some one means and feels good. Be a better person. It’s easy. Don’t be negitive. Be positive and help!
I appreciate that Brian has stayed humble and appreciative for all the things he and his family have. One of the most important traits a human can have is gratitude and humility and Brian is both of those things from what I can tell. He came from nothing and keeps that in the forefront of his mind. I also appreciate that he’s always hungry to learn. I’m the same way, you’ll never regret learning something. I hope the humility and gratitude rubs off on the kids a bit. They’ve grown up in a very different environment that makes it hard for them to fully understand what it’s like living without most of your life. Cheers Brian
Your time and effort toward the sport is invaluable - thank you for your commitment and willingness to give back to all who are willing to watch and learn. Mad respect. God has blessed you and you in turn are a blessing!
Good to see you still get out and ride a little. Release some stress 4get about whats going on in life 4 a moment. Like the little inspirational message about challenging yourself. Good Stuff,Thanks
Love your family vibe dude, your all awesome, great to see you enjoy a ride instead of all the hard work supporting family. Can't wait to ride again myself this week, first time back after injury but hey, gotta take the positive bits right.... Gave me time to freshen up the husky with a new look repping the monster energy vibes 💪😁
Good work Deegan! Watched you back with Travis and see you now and you look the same and have a great passion for riding! Great message and happy to see your family follow your passion of riding.
Dang Brian, you are REALLY fast for not getting to ride a lot! glad you got out there on a nice track, good idea helping others with the clicks, some tech stuff can be confusing for beginners. Love the vids and hope Huck heals up completely. thanks for bringing us along.
@Brian, I love hearing/seeing your POV about riding. I physically cannot race/ride anymore after my MVA caused severe TBI. I miss riding until ALL YOUR ENERGY is gone, and you sleep like a baby! Keep up the positivity, and I may see you guys at Budds Creek. I sponsor local kid Derek Leatherman and we will be heading down with them to ATTEMPT TO QUALIFY
Thanks for sharing your day! You have always been an inspiration to me, thanks for keeping the content clean and positive (I watch with my kids). We were fortunate enough to meet you in Arlington, the fan base is absolutely insane. We can’t wait for St. Louis for hopefully another chance to see you guys. My boys 9 and 13 are huge fans!! Best of luck and congratulations on your success!
Hey Brian it was great meeting you at Millville last weekend and chatting for a quick minute. And trust me I understand when you’re trying to accomplish something at the highest level it’s hard to be distracted any of your true fans get it. It was also awesome to see Haiden driving around the pit golf cart having some fun heck I was back at my camper way up front and there go the boys cking out everyone’s pits had a good laugh at that one it was great to see him taking everything in and being a young man
Brian I'm a older vet rider struggling to find the sweet spot with suspension. The front and rear spring are correct for my weight but your advice shows a lot about you that your a giver in life!! Ill see if this set up works during my next practice!! Thank you
Awesome video as usual. It's much better like this, without all the music. I love hearing the bike! Much can be learned listening to the bike when a skilled rider such as yourself is riding.
God Bless Brian 🙏🏻✝️ It’s never been harder to raise kids to be good people, in this wicked world. Your values are right; Faith, Family and Freedom. I’m the son of an old school US Marine, you’re right; WE ARE THE MILITIA. People have no idea the number of Veterans and Patriots who are prepared to renew The Tree of Liberty.
Keep the good vibes going !! we need it more then ever in this crazy world that we live in ~ still hoping to get you out on the snowmobiles this winter, missed you by one day,the last time you were out on the turbos...all the best and lets go Haiden ,cheers!
Your ending comment about putting out a good message sold me. Not to mention all the other wonderful things you do for your family, community and world. Thanks Brian! Subscribed!
Thank you very much for this video. The information on the clickers finally stuck with me. Also, love how you keep a running note list. I find I have to do the same things. Love your videos and am thoroughly impressed with you and your family.
Love it Brian You do the same shit I do It’s nice to go and just ride and get some set time in. I have to challenge myself every day to brother it makes me feel like I’m alive Keep the vibes going brother Ron
You guys do your thing!! Its amazing how much your family does for the sport/fans yet you still feel obligated to do more. Wish more riders had your mentality. WE LOVE YOU GUYS!
For some reason in real life rear shock absorber screwdriver adjustment works on small bumps, chop, where is high speed shock travel, but 17mm nut works on sand rollers, jump landings, where is low speed shock travel.
Seen you are your entire family at nashville supercross. Right before 2nd qualifying. I've always been a fan of yours. I thought about saying hello but opted not to. You were serious yourself, but hailee and your wife were chopping it up. Cheers!!!
Thanks for sharing that basic tip....i know the kids gotta rest all the Pros....but man i feel like a skiier when theres no snow on the ground.....bored need to get a bike so bad....i was hoping to get a 2 smoke 23 yz 250 before they raised it up taller an put it on the 450 chassis an i didnt make it....i mite just get a 07 steel frame an do a totall restore....i really dont want the taller bike..but bored till racing starts..may be Bob Hannah wants to go water skiing...after clinching the title a race early....i forget what year it was.....
Love the Brian insight on life. Hope to meet you someday, nice to see other people focused on the right things in life. I'm over 40, and watching you Brian really motivates me to keep pushing myself to be better even as I get older. So thank you Brian. Faith, Family, Freedom. God Bless brother!!
Brian theres a dot you can line up on the Shock for your high speed compression, when you turn the 17mm nut in till it stops then the 2 dot should line up.Always run our 450 yammie about 1.25 to 1.5 turns out.Jake can get u fixed up if your dots do not line up from the factory, sometimes they are off just a smidge, peace.
I would have to disagree with that “run your 450 yammie at 1.25-1.5”. The stock setting of 1 turn out seems to suit me best.. as well as the engineers at Yamaha 🤷🏻♂️
I was wondering, how somebody can ride yz450 2023 with 10 clicks out on front forks. It is way too soft with that setup, even riding not very fast. Mine is always 3 clicks out, maybe 2 clicks in fast tracks. 3 clicks out is super comfy. Fork is stock, no reshimed.
I've been told by Yamaha and home mechanics that setting the clickers all depends on your weight so how does this work for everyone?? what's the actual weight it's set up for by doing those settings??
Look forward to your videos pre- race and post race! Are you ever going to race the Veteran class @ Loretta’s? Would love to see a some of you retired boys duel it out 👍👍
Brian and the Deegan family are so great for motocross/supercross/fmx! Brian always has great advice that he has learned through experience. (Which makes his advice way more valuable) As a long time fan of Brian's (since his Supercross win and throughout his freestyle mx and off-road/rallycross racing career), it is very awesome seeing how great Brian and Marissa have done raising their family.
Thanks Brian. Im going to try that suspension setup If it’s not to hot 🥵 this weekend in Nor Cal. Hey btw if y’all are ever up this way you should hit up my local track Stillwater MX in Redding Ca. 👊 Nick Dunne n some buddies built it.
the hardest lesson for a man is to ask for help. We think we know everything but there is always someone faster or bettter at something. Humble yourself ask questions, Ask guys at the tracks for help if you need it.
That jersey is bad ass. It has BMW M colors. Light blue, dark blue, red. I wonder what that’s about? I assume it’s just coincidence , Brian? It’s the M logo spot on.
Hey guys, question for you. Never ridden track but I want to show up to my local track. I don’t really have anyone to go with and am not really familiar with the do’s and dont’s. Do I just go to the track and bug whoever I park next to or do I try to find someone who I know to go with me? I want to keep myself and others safe.
What map are you using on the new '23 450?? Are you using a customized tuning map? Curious, I have this same bike and had issues with it back firing after putting on my new FMF 4.1 full exhaust system..
Pretty awsome that the general still riding. Bro sombody tried to pull a scam on me saying they were you and i won a ktm bike. Trying to get me to send money for shipping. Just letting you know sombody is posing as you and they kept asking me what my method of payment was they wouldnt give up either. They even called me from " the deegans page"
I’d recommend looking into chartering flights. I’ve used a few companies and the prices are pretty comparable to flying commercial if you have 4 or 5 people. You also don’t have to deal with TSA, connections, and the general populace who’s parents failed at raising them and they act like clowns in public. It might not be the answer every time, but there are times it would be the best way to go for you guys. It can also be used as a tax write off since you’re in the moto industry and are traveling to moto races/events.
Your turning it in till it bottoms to see how many clicks your out then you go back the same amount of clicks to return to original position that is your baseline no matter what adjustment is made either stuffer or softer you can always return to stock position
Thanks a lot Brian, you are an inspiration and I really appreciate your honesty, telling the truth about how you live your life, you have been someone I have always looked up to, and i will continue to do the same until the end of time. ps. where's ghetto man part 2?
Thanks Brian for this video. I ve been a mulisha fan since the beginning.even got the tattoo on my shoulder in 2005! I just got the new husky 450 rockstar edition and have been struggling with the air fork. I hope these settings help me out. Hopefully I can make it to the Budds creek national. Also I watched your video with all your gear struggles with it being every where haha. If u have any old stuff for sale I'd love to buy some.have a great weekend and go deegans

Sand you want slower rebound stiffer suspension, dirt dependant on moisture / ruts-bumps faster rebound
I've been told by Yamaha and home mechanics that setting the clickers all depends on your weight so how does this work for everyone?? what's the actual weight it's

did you and Haiden sway trucks...i thought he had the blue one...i noticed him driving the white one

I need to do this my bike, stock suspension is killing me,, definitely trying this

Good stuff B rye!
