Do we know if IBD-AID impacts UC because of the topical effects, or is it systemic? I ask because I have a temp ileo but continue to bleed. Wondering if a particular diet would affect my colon systemically. I was self imposed gf for many years and along with a few other factors- when abandoned it was when I flared badly enough for colectomy.
