Recently I’ve had inflammation in the area of my anastomosis. The pain was excruciating and I ended up in the hospital for several days. I’m afraid to eat anything. I just don’t know what will get stuck in my gut. I tend to eat a loof peanut butter, pasta, crackers, fish, chicken. I eat no vegetables at all anymore. I know I need veggbut I’m scared I will end up back in the hospital. Any suggestions

Research carnivore diet. You'll see countless people in remission and off medications. You do not need veggies or fibre, you can get everything from red meat and absorb it due to the lack of inflammation and anti-nutrients found in plants. Carnivore pit me into clinical remission from severe acute UC.
