Wow! Really great! Loved the challenging balance segment at the front. Keep the chair workouts coming. Also, since folks have different chairs, can you please describe the type/level of resistance in the pedals? I believe your 2-2 is nearly the same as a Merithew 2heavy low (attempt at 2heavy med was not so pretty, lol!). Thank you!!
Thank you. Unfortunately I haven’t found any chart or info to compare different chairs. I say the rule of thumb is to pick a spring in which you can control the pedal. Not so much weight the spring bullies you around and not so light it doesn’t give the needed support. It might take a little work to change things up until you find the spring that works. Hope that helps.
Loved this workout! I don’t have a box, so I made accommodations w a ball, foam roller, and a dining room chair. Thank you so much for your creation!
Thank you. Glad you were able to modify.
This one will tie with the other miniball/box chair workout as my fav! Thanks April!!

yes. I have only used the MVE and balanced body chairs, but will see what I can find about other models and how they compare.
Such a good workout. Thank you!
Loved it, I have a different chair so not sure of your springs
