This recipe seems good but like more of a snack creation, in michoacan where my family is from we eat them with cabbage, pico de gallo, sour cream, queso, tomato salsa and pickled pork rinds, they’re absolutely delicious, my mouth is watering just thinking about them.

The brown stuff are pulparindos is a candy from México made out of tamarindo, the green are cucumbers. The duros or chilindrinas or chicharrones is a snack, there are many ways to prepare them with different toppings
