    Ok- so if your going to do a bench press video, seasoned athletes mainly won’t watch.. it’ll be people who are trying to learn … so you have to teach them how to bring the elbows in, how to pinch the scapula together before laying down, where to place their hands ( pinky’s on the bar ring ) … u have to show them what Leg drive is, explain Breathing ,,,, ur just getting under the weight with shit that works for you. So I’m not being rude but Cmon this should be common sense

      Thats actually the easyest way and not that hard and also its good to start warmup whit hitting 50kg on the bar abd doing 3 sets(15/20/25) . The main focus is and have to be for building strong foundation and all the joints and muscles to strong and flexible. After few months numbers gonna start groing 😉 💪
