Ok- so if your going to do a bench press video, seasoned athletes mainly won’t watch.. it’ll be people who are trying to learn … so you have to teach them how to bring the elbows in, how to pinch the scapula together before laying down, where to place their hands ( pinky’s on the bar ring ) … u have to show them what Leg drive is, explain Breathing ,,,, ur just getting under the weight with shit that works for you. So I’m not being rude but Cmon this should be common sense

Thats actually the easyest way and not that hard and also its good to start warmup whit hitting 50kg on the bar abd doing 3 sets(15/20/25) . The main focus is and have to be for building strong foundation and all the joints and muscles to strong and flexible. After few months numbers gonna start groing 😉 💪

Jeah,it is and you feel the chest working alot when doing whit it. When you do proper warmup then its all good but jeah, when i did this first time it was hard, beacuse chest was supper locked due to doing only regural straight barbell presses but few trainings whit that bended barbell and your good to go 😉😆💥

you're cheating the whole weight by using your body for leverage and not controlling the down movement. no need to ego lift, you're not going to see much growth like that and may even injure yourself.
Agree, but sometime u need yo give that extra egolift whit body helping along, mentaly that helps insanly alot 🙂. But in overall i 100% agree whit you 🙂 . Alos ib that clip thees last ones was helped whit body beacuse it was last reps of 4 sets of 10 reps. So yeah, last ones need lilbit help 😄

If you have access to a Gym (you clearly do) why are you doing that?

All guud and yr right and you can do it both ways on this machine. I like this exercise so i can train that explosion part its wery helpful when toibg squats whit the barbell. But When back is against the machine then we train more for the front part . Otherway we work back part 💪🔥

320kg huh, must be 320 moon kilograms
At on competition pros had to flip 400kg tyer 😮 i tryed it also. Got 1.5 rep. That was my heavyest that iv tryed. But damn that was difficult 😁. Hardest part is to get that tyer up from the grownd. Rest is eazy 🙄😁
All I'm saying is that tire is not 320kg/705lbs, maybe 320mkg/705mlbs but not in earthly units

Why the seat?
Main focus in here is to train so called "the dead point" . When we usually to heavy squats and we get stuck under it this means in that certant point we just dont have enought strenght in oure leg muscles to come up . This seated squats can help to improve that and also can help to improve main squat numbers 💪.
