I feel like berettas are slept on, the new single action ones are like 2011s but not as expensive and more reliable. Also, I just think they look beautiful

Couldn’t agree more.
I've been saying that even before the SA versions came out. Even the LTT is better than a 2011. The issue is however most people are unwilling or incapable of learning a double action pull.
IMO the regular SAO trigger isn’t that good, especially considering it’s a $1000 dollar gun. LTT trigger parts and a little work fix that though.
Once I got used to the first D/A shot I grew to prefer it. I came from a Glock 19 with a Timney trigger. Once I got used to the LTT double action I actually became faster with it. I start the trigger pull while I'm acquiring my dot and at 50 yards on steel I'm faster with it than I am with a striker gun.
Paddle release is awesome. I found that if the grip configuration isnt for your hands then its harder to reach. I have MED on sides and Small on back for the grip on my P30 and i have no issues with the paddle. To each their own though

Great video and great guns. I prefer the Langdon P30 over their 92 or PX4, but all are great.

@@hunter-constantine It’s definitely the flattest shooting of the three and its trigger is almost as good as the 92. It does require a bit more lube and maintenance than the 92 or P30, but nowhere near like a 2011. For some reason I do better w their P30 or 92, but I still love the PX4. For a DA/SA carry gun their compact carry is hard to beat. Have an LTT LEM P30SK on the way tho, so that might change my mind.

i agree with dillion, i feel like all pistols should be designed to purposely close the slide with a forceful mag slam on the reload, just make sense to me

I shoot a lot of M9A3 and P30L and they are two of my favorite guns. The P30L in particular I can just pick up and run

back when I had a USP I used to use both my index finger and thumb to hit the mag release. it was still kinda weird and different though

LTT is one of the best if not the best Custom Gun shops. For DA/SA guns I don't think anyone can compare. It's makes tye Beretta a cheat code. I want to shoot a LTT P30. I love CZ more then anything and CGW is incredible....but I think LTT has them beat👏👏👏

At least for the SFP9 there is a version with the paddle and one with the push button mag release.
The guest should do the hot lap with whatever gun you are reviewing but then you should have the guest also do the Hot Lap with the sand viper or your M&P9 so that there is a standard. (Because those are the guns you had the best hit factor.)
Then you can compare the guns and the shooters.
There is an overall physical leaderboard in the shop
At 5:48 that’s the issue I ran into when I got my first few red dots and still haven’t figured out the best kind of dot for me with an astigmatism. I’m thinking a 1.0MOA SRO or something similar would be the best to try to eliminate some of that star bursting with the dot!
Gotta run this back with the LTT PX4. Against the 92 or P30 is the question. Battle of the Beretta Brothers or Dual of the Polymer DA/SA"s?
I come away from this wanting to try a P226 Legion X whatever they call it.
Love my LTT Beretta. Shoot the thing so good. So confident with it. 50 yard draws in about a second are a breeze once i got accustomed to the double action pull. I actually orefer double action for the first shot now. I'm comfy with the double action out to 80 yards on steel.

Why does +P improve recoil control?
It's the recoil system especially w buffer in p30L...it can handle plus p plus better than any other combat pistol back down fast. Most people use pud 115 and can't even do near as good with a carry 124+P. All hks don't give Fs about hot loads
