The ceiling for a glock trigger is low in my experience. Nothing you do will be much better than a polish job, minus connector, and change of springs (which is like 40 dollars total at most). Now i want to try an m&p with the apex setup...

I've tried all of them, and if installed correctly, the Alpha Timney’s the best by far

I'm a Glock fanboy and I'll be the first to say that none of the aftermarket triggers impress me. Shoot the piss out of the factory trigger and then, if you have a couple of hours to spare, polish up the mating surfaces with increasingly fine grades of sandpaper if you want the broken-in trigger to get better by another 10% or so. Also, I think I might be converting to the M&P. I got my first one this year and only have a few hundred rounds through it but so far I'm pleased.

It really is the most comfortable belt out there.

My carry gun has a 3.5 ghost connector with some spec76 lube on the back side of the tigger which really smooths it out.

So is it just a S&W with the apex trigger? Is that what your setup was at the end? Man, I don't wanna have to buy a ton of new mags.

No, the johnny glock trigger is not worth it. I got three, only one ran reliably, because of tolerance stacking. When you get parts from different manufacturers you run this risk. It isn't as bad with machined parts, but with mim parts their tolerances are so bad that when you put a few of them together to make the striker and trigger mechanism it's a recipe for disaster. With glocks, I just recommend people getting a stock gun and keeping the internals stock. With something with tighter tolerances, like a shadow system, you shouldn't change the parts out even more, because now the gun will run well, but maybe not have the lightest trigger. Soon as you go for a better trigger, you get tolerance issues again, if you are unlucky, which many are. For that outstanding glock reliability, you need a more stock gun. That is why shadow systems is stealing so much market share from glock. Get a shadow systems and run the gun stock, or just get a glock and run the gun stock. Get the slide milled for an optic, get the grip stippled, whatever, just don't change the trigger and internals or say bye bye to your 5000 round without cleaning master piece.

So I have the Johnny Glock on the Timney set up. I have the Glock performance trigger I have the overwatch precision trigger. They all been polished and worked a little. I enjoy them all. I wanna try the Johnny Glock competition trigger but haven’t had an opportunity to get the gun I want to put it in.

Have to try a RAMM Tactical trigger. Its ridiculous with the timney alpha trigger housing. Mines at 2.25# with near stock springs, 4.5# striker and reduced plunger. No light strikes even with cci primers.

So icky! Need to try the Tactical Trigger. My favorite glock trigger when im feeling like a peasant and shoot a glock

Use Glock for what its intended for.....on no planet is it a Competition Pistol. Its a duty pistol, expecting more is kinda silly.

Yo Hunter! New to the M&P gang. I’m currently getting an apex trigger put in my M&P 2.0 by the gunsmith. Do you just skip the spring weights and just put in the shoe and sear? If so do you know the pull weight because I’m trying to use it for carry and USPSA.

Timney Alpha Competition trigger with JG Vex Shoe is what I like the best.. JG Vex Trigger Shoe was way less pre travel and shorter reset .
