No lie bruh about 3 years i never thought i will make pizza again... so life change when in a 3rd world country i can be a part of the 1billion pizza indurstty ... thank to channel like this.. thank you yt guyz... i have 10 pizza carts... its name is called ... *jstabpizza*...look at my oven h😂😂😂😂haha u never will make it like mine...3 min for a personal $ize 7in and 5 for a med then a 8 for a large... im pizza king my oven is one of a kind ...thanks
My wife and I were there watching his speech at the pizza expo. We got up and left halfway through. His vocabulary is middle school level at best, and he was so self involved half of the words he spoke were pronouns. Worst speaker at the expo
Damn...watching a speech must be hard. I usually listen to the speech that someone is giving . But I am guilty of watching the guy giving it. Also I respect the fact that many people cannot go in front of a large crowd and give a speech, they sometimes do mess up because they are nervous but they still deserve the credit for doing it in the first place .
Sorry, but he does have a really weird accent. I can hear that, without speaking it perfectly myself. Also its unheard of, words like "grrrazia" and such stuff. And i even am a dutchman, who grew up in Switzerland. Still, franks a very cool guy and i am a fan nonetheless. Never talks bad 'bout the peoples pride.(i hope his italian wasnt his)
He doens't know italian, but he knows a little of sicilian. It's like italian but has some spanish like talk and remark more the consonant. But he is bad too in speaking sicilian, but at least he makes himself understandable!

it's true. You are not supposed to sell when you're there to create relationships. They are there to build trust. With that, they will make future sales with existing and new customers.

I was at an event in Chicago that Joe Carlucci was performing at and he asked for volunteers from the crowd to come up and try. We went through a number of tricks that got harder and harder and people got eliminated. I got through to the end after doing the pass the pizza between your legs while lying on your back. I worked at Italian restaurants and pizzerias for years but he had no idea. He did more tricks in his show that I could never do but I was very proud that I could throw like a pro for a little while.
This is one of my favorite episodes, I love pizza but it's sad to know that the pizza expo isn't open to the public. I'd take a trip to the east coast just to go to best pizza and meet Frank

The owner of a Pizza shop I worked at years ago hired a clown that won the pizza dough toss at the Pizza Expo in Vegas like 15 years ago. He did NOTHING. Didn't change or improve a single thing on the menu. He was a con man that found a sucker to pay him for literally not even being there. I would come in maybe twice a week and drink free wine and beer and NEVER step foot in the kitchen. It took us 3 months to convince the owner that this guy was conning him and fire him. He robbed him blind.
This guy is so nice and happy. It is hard not to love a show were he talks about his favorite thing in the world. The fact that the host's favorite thing in the world is pizza, is just a added bonus. Pizza is awesome haha.
I've been to the Pizza Expo five times so far. It is pretty fun! I recommend signing up for the seminars for sure! There is so much to learn about pizza and running a pizza business. Perfect reward to take hard working employees, good investment!
If you are downtown. I do say.... Pizza Rock has great "non pizza items like pastas, salads, and wings however, evel pie down the street has better pizza.
Might be a bit late, but I lived in the Stanislaus County in California and when I used to hunt out in the orchards out there for dove, I would take the Roma tomatoes used in your sauce and eat them like apples. They are perfect! Salt and pepper nothing more! Gun, Shells, Salt, and pepper, is what I would hit the fields with! Couldn't pick a better tomato to use for your sauce.
I don't like pizza games, nor pizza chains.....I support the independent pizzerias, but in my small city, having only two independent pizzerias and many pizza chains, I have very little selection, and I'm very far from the big cities.
Well part of the package is Frank, so you can't tell him to just hut the fuck up right? What, the pizza will do all the talking? Come on man, cut the guy some slack he's a solid host. He at least seems the most level-headed and least pretentious douchebag Munchies has. Oh and Matty Matheson, he's pretty rad... the rest of the hosts on munchies are just disappointing.
