@@MegaTrivial Bobby Kennedy jr on Dr Drew’s channel a few days ago likened what’s going on here to the Third Reich!! And having our medical records managed by this Epic System out of Verona, Wisconsin is frightening! Has a poor track record making many mistakes in people’s records which could cause death. No one has anythg good to say about it OR it’s founder, Judy Faulkner. So why to the medical facilities USE it!!??
I hate in US movies when I often hear people saying to each other "I promise..." after something bad has happened, and they don´t know if they can really keep the promise or not... It sounds so fake. They could better say "I will do everything I can".. When I see someone worried, I think the best thing to ask first is: "What is the worst thing that you think may happen?", and then continue the conversation with more questions and more solutions...
I might not always like or enjoy the truth I hear but there's a comfort in the truth I never feel in lies and deception! 🤷🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️

A 16 year old child in Lafayette County, Mo hung themselves last weekend. So, now what are you going to do if it is one of our grandchildren? This BS of having child labor laws revoked? The hubbies boss cut the rope, as he works for the fire/rescue department.
Meanwhole, we just had kids graduate from high school. Class of 2023. We know they did because of where hubby works. So trying to keep a positive attitude after this happened is pretty difficult to do. No way to privately talk to you. So how can we be narcissistic when we just learned this, after coming home from work?

Thank you for these strong guidelines Dr Phil. To help my psyche with perceptual defence I often apply a strategy Oprah taught ~ pay attention. She said when things went off the rails, she knew she had not being paying attention.
