I made the rice and peas 🔥🔥🔥and the jerk vege chunks. The flavor of the jerk vege chunks 🔥🔥🔥 but I didn’t like the texture at first but when it cool down a bit, I ate it all. I think I need to try different brands of vege chunk. I’m a big texture person, so it can taste 🔥 but the texture is what ultimately decides if I’ll eat it or not.
If you are using vegan butter, cheese, plant milk, etc . . . . Why are you using "flour"?? Shouldn't you be using Almond or Coconut flour, or other gluten free flour??
Gluten is just the protein in the flour and some people can’t digest protein so gluten is not as bad as you think. You need protein for hair and building muscles.

That peas doesn’t look like cow peas, we call that small red beans Christmas peas ,cow peas is more like black eye peas but looks more brownish.
