There is enought land there to build a trailor park. And the cabin looks like a trailor park office. And that dirt hill would make a wonderful tarp slip and slide. All the kids could have a good time.

This is so awesome. I look forward to watching it evolve. I've only got a fraction of the land you do, but been working on a permaculture food forest since the pandemic and it's pretty awesome to go pick your own strawberries or whatnot. One big tidbit I have learned is to start planting every single peach pit or or avocado seed. Wont cost you anything, and things grow better from seed if they are happy in the place you bury them. I bought a 5 gallon avocado tree that's only about 3 feet tall in a year, but one of my avocado seeds has grown into a 4.5 foot tree in about the same time! It's so fun. Your videos are getting better as you add more humor to them. We're having a good time!
This place is majestic. A crystal clear spring running down by an open patch of cleared out land butted up against an awesome cave near a dirt road leading up to a house on a hill complimented by a wonderful garden and other plant life all of it colored by the leaves of the trees that change in a perfect ebb and flow from season to season beset by the rolling landscape of Tennessee, everything being distinct and wonderfully unique but still connected biologically everything in the ecosystem seems like one big living plot of land that humans come to be a part of, make a relationship with, and leave it the way they found it or better.. truly the highest form of living in a home or on property is this. Wether you're a hunter or a yogi, this place rocks! And just like humans look for the right land for their family, the land seems like it found the right family for it's ecosystem. Fudging harmonious reality y'all git 'er done!
EDIT: Hope this isn't the last video like this about life on the land. Even the simplest video about stuff like this is a refreshing breeze among the horde of polluted social media content.

My Wisconsin city slicker girls ended up loving the land and log cabin we had built in Arkansas in 1996. We are still in Arkansas and my oldest lives in the country with her husband on lots of land for her sons to play and hunt. Your wife and daughter will end up loving country life also.

Absolutely freaking beautiful. One of the skinny dippingest creeks I've seen. Love the cave. I can commiserate about the heat. We're in So Ariz. When your temp is 100 they say it 'feels like' 104 because of the humidity. Here it's 112 & they say it feels like 109 ;cause it's so dry. Thumbs up to gutters.

Dusty, that’s a small quarry, and the cracks and top of it , with the water at the base, is textbook living habitat for copperheads. But live and let live, unless you step on one, they are very passive creatures.

Me and my dad installed these gutters for dusty. I reached out to him after seeing his cabin was gutter-less in The Land Part 3. Was awesome to spend some time with him and meet his family. Such a down to earth guy. Wish I’d have had the time to shoot the shit with him and maybe even do a little CBD.
Would be cool to dig out a small hole like pool in the spring you guys could kick back and sit in on those hot days. Bummer about the watermelon getting plowed but at least you has a successful 1st crop.

Sorry to be "that guy" but I have to ask....why is there a microwave in your new cabin? I thought y'all don't use a microwave. Awesome video, I love your location!
The microwave came with it, it was the only appliance I didn't have to buy separately. I use a microwave when I heat up things like pie, things that have no nutritional value to be killed.
