An electromechanical masterpiece. This cat is a serious battlewagon with all the main features in place. I'm sure ACI could tweak it to deliver whatever else you require based on anticipated use. I would start with the addition of rod holders and covers over the electrical wiring at the helm and cuddy plus a double Vitifrigo fridge/freezer and chilled fish boxes under the aft deck.
Thank you. A great-looking boat, with lots of deck space. An aluminum hull is a requirement along the rocky shores of Minnesota's rivers and 10,000 lakes.
I agree with all the critiques of this boat. Not huge, but all make it more of a value and useful. I’m guessing the price tag is in the low 1 millions to start based on the prices I’ve seen on similar size and design boats. This unit is very sharp looking, very clean design, and clearly was built for day trips or weekend overnight trips. I bet it’s very easy to maintain as well. Even though I’m not in the market for a boat, love to see what’s coming out in cutting edge technologies in the boating industry. This one is pretty nice but not as well equipped as some similar designs I’ve seen, likely because of the catamaran design. On others of similar size and style, I’ve actually seen up to 3 cozy bedrooms hidden down below.
Nice boat with exception of it should be 11' beam so you don't need pilot cars going into neah bay, Westport, illwaco or anywhere on the coast for that matter
@@live2boatyour boat checks of most of my boxes. the R and D has been done on hydrofoils and proven by a number of Cat builders. here are a couple ( th-cam.com/video/DUNWycaHj9c/w-d-xo.html ) ( th-cam.com/video/yGWDBhxFxcEI/w-d-xo.html ) I would think the huge reduction in power needs, and fuel burn would be enough to seriously look at it. It's the way of the cat future I think.
Really needs a place to *"Captain"* (run right proper) on the top deck i think called a "2nd Station" for all manner of reasons not least being to sight the fish but of course also stand up proper navigation and of course "social ability" 😊
It's a nice boat but for how much it probably costs the fridge is too small and so is the sink. Boat sinks are never big enough to wash pans and pots. Plus more finish panels should cover the electronics in the berth. More fit and finish.
Assuming 1.0 mpg with 500 gallons of fuel leaving some reserve would put it around 400-450 mile range depending on how close to empty one wants to get 😎
Triple or quad Honda 350 V8’s if the transom allowed. I’m sure 2 would do alright, but redundancy and higher cruising speed at lower rpm is always a bonus.
For sure Tim and thanks for watching! The customers ordered this boat custom from ACI. ACI can install as many, or in this case as few, rod holders as you like. Hope to go to NZ someday. It sounds beautiful down there!

I love it, it's the land rover defender of the waters🙂👊🏼
I live in Petersburg and drool over this boat every time I see it!
@@brandonware4958 I know right…Such a bad ass boat for SE Alaska!

Incredible 😍
Definitely needs the new 500’s
Awesome boat! Great Video! Twin hull!
Glad you enjoyed it!
my loving style of boat
Hello, thank you for the video. How does an aluminum haul boat deal with frequent lighting in South FL?

this boat isnt going to cost anywhere near a million, i know a few people that own these boats. they are probably more like 500-600k now

😮😮😮😮😊😊😊😊 best in class!
I love your boat. add a hydro foil and beaching stairs, or ramp, and I'll buy one !
Not sure about the hydrofoil, but they can definitely add a ramp 👍

ACI can build the same boat with a fly bridge 👍

All great points Don! This is a custom boat though and not exactly sure what the customers spec’d out on this one vs what is standard.
@Live2Boat There is no insulation for a place like Alaska.
wríng
That anchor switch wont last a trip
Can you tell me the price of boat thanks$$$$$$
hi can we have the same steel boat?
Whats the Range of this boat ??
Assuming 1.0 mpg with 500 gallons of fuel leaving some reserve would put it around 400-450 mile range depending on how close to empty one wants to get 😎
a pair of diesel sterndrives or hydrojets would do that boat justice
2 ludicrus 350 hp ektruc batery ouwred
2 oxe disel jet outvard
Yes, you are absolutely right. I didn't expect to meet you here, how are you doing?

What an awesome boat, seriously lacking rod holders in my opinion, but otherwise certainly got everything covered. Cheers from NZ

I wonder how they would perform in the Southern Ocean.
They've got a 34' catamaran headed for Florida sometime soon
What boots is joey wearing 👍🏻👌🏻🇬🇧
Zamberlan leopard gtx.
@@mx6ndfrspd Thanks mate
Fuel capacity?
500 gallons
@@live2boat thats some serious range
Thats a proper mens boat
👊
How much?
Custom boat. Not sure the price
Not a rod holder in sight in the cockpit area or the fishing platform, just some up top for storage.
The customer rigged out the aft deck for fishing after they received the boat
why people in the florida doest use something like this? why so huge and open and exposed to the element
They just shipped an ACI catamaran to a customer in Florida. Video coming soon.
In the summer all that metal will get pretty hot.
@@Stevah00 i live in Bali does that also applies in Bali?
Check out the Cod Father 2. He had something similar to Gator Step on all the aluminum to keep it cool and non reflective.
Is the guy's name Joey? I missed his name😂

Who's the manufacturer representative ? Dude from the boat builder is not much of a talker.
I would call the company directly if your interested in a boat. ACIBoats.com for more info 👍
They keep mentioning that the tanks are diesel tanks. I never heard of a 400hp diesel Merc.?
For the diesel furnace
😁👍❤👋
not even a shitter. ????
did you even watch? there is a full wet head. come on man!
