Unfortunately no e-book with the link. After giving my contacts there is a video that did not play until finish and no way to continue from the middle - video has no controls.
Do you have the e-book or is it only video?
That man is strong as hell
This is awesome!
It's great to see Levi getting some global acclaim
@lebe-stark made me famous!
I didn’t know I was wielding that much power! LOL
Came here to say two things.
The first, and from the podcast, you're both looking great for being in your 40's. I never would have guessed!
Second, your interviews have always been good. Your pauses to let the guest get everything out and then adding your two cents after the fact, was spot on. Very good interview, and looking forward to more!
Double 44’s 🤯💪💪 savage!! Great video gregory this looks insanely hard. Awesome work Levi!
just listened to this episode, I love the kettle knights podcast, please keep it going
Just did a modified two bells overhead. With 24kg, worked on my jerk, long cycle, thrusters and mixed in some sandbag pickups and cleans with the 60kg. The bells are both too heavy but I am starting with low reps, good form, plenty of rest, and not pushing it past the point of danger.
I’m mostly familiar with Levi due to his posts on the r/Kettlebell subreddit. Just like I was mostly familiar with Emilio Joubert due to seeing his Reddit posts before he came on your podcast
I wonder who’s going to be next from that Kettlebell subreddit to show up now 😂
Also, I agree with that “two bells overhead” statement. My personal physique made a drastic change when I started using double kettlebells for movements like the clean and press compared to when I was only using a single kettlebell
I was thinking this was a one round work out. Wow! I will need to build up to 3 rounds but very inspired!
To all the naysayers,If you worked out as hard as he does with the weights he uses, yes you would be massive like him. Most people just dont workout as hard as he does.
He's a damn beast!! Thanks for another informative video 👍
I started geoff neuperts the giant that is only clean and press with 16kg and i improved my press a lot and i gained muscle with 48. Now i can clean and press the 24x6. Now my goal is to press the 28x6.
He's a beast. Good video.
Have been watching your channel for a while now and love the content. I have followed along with a few of your workouts to see what works for me.
I build the foundation of my weeks routine on bodyweight training (through with added weight and other tools to increase the challenge such as rings).
I supplement this training with weight training also but also devote 1 day of the week to just kettle bells and have found this greatly increased my mobility and functional strength.
Currently I do 4 rounds of (single clean & Jerk, get ups, goblet lunges, swings and goblet deep squat into a over head press.
However after watching your recent content to do with Levi I'm very Keen to give the protocol you guys did above and then try out the variations you have come up with as I have been pushing myself to do heavier weight.
Keep up the excellent work, feel I relate to you very much. I'm in my early 40's but am running rings around 20 year old me, never been in such great shape as now and always looking to improve.
Give doubles a shot, you won't regret it!
Looking forward to the follow along!
Looking forward to your follow along version of this. Although, I'm worried I won't have big enough range of bells that I can double lift to cover it. That double snatch is tough!
Beast💪💪
The dude is Terachad! The numbers and weights ARE HHHHHUUUUUGGGGGEEEE. Gonna try it on landmine clean and jerk grip.
LEB...Can we get the follow along for this. Love to try this.
That's by kb guy, Levi. Strong dude.
Thanks for this video!
Can the double Kb snatch be done other than hardstyle?
Gruß aus Deutschland.
Unreal.
💯 liquid chalk for farmers carry but only powder chalk for snatches. the former is just way too tacky
So he's basically using standard strength training protocols w/ kbs.
Isn't standard strength protocols lower reps and longer rest like 1 - 5 reps with 5+ minutes rest ?
High volume, ascending pyramid approach, and a rep range ideal for Hypertrophy.
Yes and no. 5/3/1 by Wendler is strength training, but one also gets the benefits of cardio and hypertrophy. Check out Krypteia workout.
@@omarmunoz4894 with exercises and principles not ideal for hypertrophy. Full body explosive lifts are used by athletes to gain strength and athleticism without a lot of mass. Time under tension, peak contraction and mind muscle connection are the techniques ideal for hypertrophy.

Holy geezus....
What is the schedule? Every other day, both exercises? Twice a week? Thanks.
1x/week something with this intensity (for me)
Thanks for letting us know, that you're still human. LOL
@@lebe-stark 46 has some unique challenges 😁
that's an odd place to get a hot spot: low on your palm like that. Whenever my intentions exceed my skills I usually get them at the base of my fingers or along the side of my fingers. I guess there's no accounting for anatomies.
how long should I train with a single kettlebell before moving to double? I have been using kettlebells for 90 days now and would like to try doubles.
Wow 😳 That's sounds like a extreme drop set. Can you you design variations with obly a bell? I p wikl experiment with my 24 and 20 girls. Tanks for the video
man gregory - thank you :)
You inspired me to adapt my thinking and do more doubles! I truly appreciate that!
@@lebe-stark love it!!
So would you periodize this?
I’ve read a lot of claims long cycle + snatch is all you need, but I have a hard time letting go of the strict press and front squat.
I think if you're not professional athlete and just want to be in shape, such weights are not necessary for 99% of guys. 12-24 kg is all you need to play with Kettlebell and get in shape.
@@RezoUI i wouldn't say so, I'm nothing special and start at dbl 24 up to dbl 32s
@@tommys9069 What's ur weight and height?
@@RezoUI 6ft 2 and 230lbs....and yes I know I'm above average but hardly an athlete. Just been relatively constant for 20 years
@@tommys9069 Dude, weight is weight:) For your weight 24kg Kettlebell is the same as 16-12kg for most regular guys. I'm 70kg/178cm and for me 16kg is enough heavy.
There's no reason not to mess around with a single 32, though even I did strict press double 32 10 times and I'm not that heavy.
The emom for anyone that watches my stuff knows its parts of every session! You don’t have time to think about the suck lol
I'm in the medical field. Calluses and torn skin, on the hands, is neither a good look nor practical. Instead of hand lubricant I use fingerless leather gloves. This protects the skin from injury.
Is that the only training he does with weights?
yes, for the last 14 years or so. no "traditional" weight lifting with bar or machines
Great info i like ur ch man- but 97 % of us work all day and forsure aint snatchin doubles - how about a program for regular joes- but this maybe a foreign channel idk-
What are his forearm protections ?
they are calf sleeves (like distance runners wear) to absorb arm sweat to keep my hands as dry as possible. 2XU brand
i just bought 20kg, a bit heavy for me, my weght only 62kg. do 1 hand press so hard.
@@buaya111 That's all you'll need.
2x44s goddam
Man double 44s and 40s even double 36s for as under 80kg it's impossible that guy I s a genetic freak
90 seconds same as spring 8 protocol
Does anyone know of any other kettlebell practitioners who are as muscular as Levi? If not, why is that?
I am more muscular (175cm, 93kg) and do only kettlebells. But - I got to that weight by doing heavy squats and trap bar work. Also, I am less ripped because maintaining low body fat is both unnecessary and counterproductive to performance.
However, I am jerking the double 48s for 5x5 so the load is comparable.
The problem with trying to get big with ballistic movements is that it takes a long time for myofibrillar hypertrophy - longer than if you're able to get the pump and use negatives.
@@sealtooth 🤣🤣🤣
Joe Daniels, although he switched to kbs a bit later, didn't start with them like Levi.
There are many Russian kettlebell lifters who are incredibly muscular. There are lots of great videos on TH-cam of massive kettlebell lifts.
Frankly speaking, I seriously doubt that one can build serious muscle mass with doing this "protocol". Long cycle and double snatch are wonderful excersises, but I guess for most people this protocol will not help become as physically imposing as Levi. There is a much higher risk of getting seriously injured as both exercises are ballistic and such few repetitions mean that you have to train with heavy weight, making your routine very dangerous.
What's more, personally I think Levi build his body either doing bodybuilding routine, or he is genetically gifted (or just not really honest with being natty).
Dude, I struggle doing double clean & press with 18-20kg, imagine double 44kg... It's just insane.
@@cordovader123Just do high reps with 20kg kettlebells
Levi looks totally natural.
It's not impossible to be jacked and lean if you work out 6 days a week and eat clean.
The key is consistency! That's more then 10 years of doing this....
@@ilijap4778 thank you for intelligent perspective
you can think whatever you'd like. i haven't done "bodybuilding" since i was fat - 18+ years ago.
injury risk is only for those who do not have the foundation properly laid with technique first, volume next, and finally adding challenging loads. i didn't wake up one day and do these formats. i worked up to them over years. much trial and error.
He maybe jacked and using kettlebells but he built his physique before that with different protocols.
He's training for power endurance with KB snatches and stuff, and that just does not build much muscle, period.
Olympic weightlifters will train for pure power with hypertrophy and strength work on the side and still won't be as jacked as him (those who are not enhanced).
So yeah, Selling the fact that you'll build a jacked physique this way is misinformation at best.
lol. ok. you're right. i made everything up over the last 14 years. im a closet bodybuilder and just make vids with KBs because there is way more money to be made with KBs. the interest in Kettlebell Sport is so far off the charts that people just beat my doors down for programming. Way more interest in GS than BBing! I hate GS and only make these videos for money. you'll see that by my youtube and massive 4k following... that i just scam people. i mean, you just watched a 7 min vid of one session i currently enjoy doing. you're way too on top of it. well done.
