Here’s 5 movement categories you need to be hitting in your lower body to build strength and power ready for game day!
1 - Bilateral Squat
2 - Hip Dominant Hinge movements
3 - Sled resistance/ Horizontal
4 - Single Leg exercises
5 - Knee Dominant Exercises
Make sure you have options within each like I’ve mentioned in the video there is more!
Apply these 5 and sprint fast 1-2 times a week and you will be building a solid lower body ready for high performance 🤌🏻🏉
