Liking the videos mate, I’m 6 months post shoulder op (SLAP tear) targeting first game in 6 weeks but feel I’m still 5% or so away from playing, do you have any programs that will help me get over the line and back playing?

Some helpful feedback, youre loading your hips to assist/throw the weight, its very slight, but you can tell by watching your butt, it goes up and down with the sets.
Try chest supported like on a bench. It feels much better
