I always prefer to understand what a im doing before doing instead of just adding a CFW to add speed. Great Tutorial and great explanation! Makes me feel more secure on the scooter life after doing this CFW. Reached 35 km/h with very powerful acceleration. You will have so much fun, i promisse you that! I don't think you will feel safe if more fast than this :D

M365 or M365 Pro does not exceed 17mph without load when set to 35kmh (20mph) but Gonka155 firmware for pro max speed is 21mph so it should reach 20 easily.
Hi there i m having an interesting issue after flashing . All mode speeds are 35, no short beep on cruise i did the same as you did. I tried with and without russian algo throttle but no luck can you say is yours same in this situation

I’ve tried doing the full speed method and now this Custom method. It didn’t work. What worked was the push to engage motor I did 0.1. But the top speed didn’t increase. Can you help me out thanks
Thanks! Is there a way to prevent M365 Pro to reduce speed at higher battery charges. For example, my Pro when it’s full or at 80-85% battery goes 33-34km/h but when the charge drops at 65-60% it goes 31/32km/h max? 👍
i'm scaring to cut my scooter from being 'updated' they are fixing something that i don't know right? so let them work but i also want my motor start at 2 km/h and want to set my cruise control to 2 secs. just two. Do i still need downgrade? is there no way out for me?

thanks for video ,but i have small problem :) installed custom firmware increased max speed 36 in sport mode ,in drive mode 26 and eko mode 21. When i use eko mode max speed 30-31 the same is in D mode and S mode .What wrong ?

@@SilverHunkClover I downgrade my ble version with zip file using m365 downG from play market (zip file from one of russian sites) then just make my custom version with again russian site, put 35km/h in code, but 31 is on practice. Upgrade version using m365 downG too. Connect scooter, double use "check version" between moves and that's all
