UK time 9am: ❤ thank you Jules. This is perfect for me. Neurologist recommended resistance training for cerebellar ataxia diagnosis. Good advice to renew bands, too. Worked well with wheelchair and breathing prompts appreciated. Breathe out when stretching. ❤
Jules, this was absolutely awesome. I am coming back from some sciatica which I got rid of through foam rolling and yoga. But I have been doing some chair exercises with you to get cardio and strength back. This band workout was absolutely amazing. Love the band workouts. Would appreciate more of them.

So thankful you are doing the seated videos also. When my neuropathy is very painful it is easier to sit. Doctor recommended stretching exercises.
