Before they changed it in the new movies Ben was Ben Skywalker, for some reason disney decided to change it so Ben was not Lukes. Hans and Lea's kids names was Anakin Solo, Jacen Solo and Jaina Solo.

And palpatine also said darth plagueis told his apprentice everything including how to influence the midichlorians into creating life, so anakin could have a dad!

She didn't. Apparently Amidala is her regnal name, though that makes no sense. If Amidala washer regnal name, it should have been in front of Padme, therefore 'Amidala Padme Naberrie' vice 'Padme Amidala Naberrie'. In any case She kept her surname, Naberrie.
Rey took on the Skywalker name at the end of rise of Skywalker, and the movie explains that she's the emperor's granddaughter and that her parents abandoned her on jakku, but it didn't say who her parents are
