Yooooo if you re still around Mexico City you should head to nearby Puebla! It’s a beautiful city and surrounded by beautiful towns! One of the towns was founded by Italian immigrants. It’s called Chipilo and you eat amazing Italian food especially pizza and pasta and the gelato is orgasmic! It’s kinda like the Venezuelan Colonia Tovar and they still speak the Veneto dialect in this Poblano town by the volcanoes! Also the Tacos Árabes (brought by Lebanese and Syrian immigrants and cousin of the Tacos Al Pastor from Mexico City which were brought by Lebanese and Greek immigrants) and the Mole Poblano which is a must! There’s also a French region in the state of Veracruz for your Frenchie haha they still speak French and the architecture is from rural France Sao beautiful called San Rafael and Jicaltepec in the Nautla region! The mix of French and Mexican food is to die for!
@Nilojyot Dev, trust me when I say Mexicans love Indian food. I can't think of anything I enjoy eating anything more than Curry with some fresh nan! I would eat it everyday if I could....
Hermano love your channels and have mad respect for your love and respect for our Mexican culture it makes the world a better place to have people like you visit our country and enjoy our best dishes. I'm telling you my mom makes cochinita pibil and it's straight fire 🔥 best wishes and safe travels hermano!
Hey bro, love you for the way you appreciate the hard working people and on top of that you even let them keep the change. You never say anything but good review unlike many youtuberos who talk bad when they don’t get their food for free. Keep posting
@@VolpeDrunkandHungry They don't practice good hand hygiene when preparing the food hahaha! I couldn't eat food being touched by ungloved hands by a complete stranger.
I went to Venezuela when I was 16, it was beautiful then. Algun dia otra vez amigo. Thank you for showcasing my home country, I was born in Chihuahua by accident but definitely proud.
In Spain Torta means cake but in Mexico (And most of Latin America I believe) we have a different word for cake (Pastel), so in Mexico Torta is used for those type of sandwiches.
How come no one has commented that cochinita pibil is a dish from Yucatán? You should try the one prepared the traditional way, in a hole filled with cinders in the ground.
That flat thick thing you should be able to find in the form of a "sope". I'd recommend carnitas, which are pork, if you can try different parts of the pork that would be ideal. Different parts of the pig have different tastes. I'm not super familiar with the different parts, but I know I've tasted different parts of the pig in "carnitas" and damn bro. The flavor is drastically different. Maybe just try to get a sample of all the different meats, and then figure out if you want it in a sope, taco, or quesadilla. Haha. Goodluck. 👌
Cool video bro creo que sí hicieras estos vídeos en español tuvieras más like y gente en tu Canal. saludos desde North Carolina beach NC. I'm bilingual bro but someone that didn't speak no Ingles keep on asking me to translate your videos.lol
Todos los que vienen y tratan de explicar el consome, o caldo dicen que es fat, no es fat, es el sabor se la carne en jugo con jitomate y otras especias y pues si puede o no tener grasa pero no es grasa como la manteca.
It's so wise to let vendor choose for you the preparation of the food; ive seen top food reviewers destroy fine meals by asking for weird combinations.
El hijo de Lupe Castañeda ex jugador del cruz azul que bien habla el inglés so much respect bro from the 🇺🇸. thanks to share my bro Carlos what cochinita pibil taste like.
