The old doom was fucking awesome. As much as I love branching storylines and wide-open sandboxes, there's something to be said for just giving you a gun, a kickass music track, and a level full of monsters to plow through.
I actually couldn't get into the new Doom. I ended up just playing the OG Doom's again. Maybe I should try it again but ... idk, kinda over it. Strive's out. So, when I can I guess.

Would be nice to have just Doom's status display on the touch bar, and the game on the main screen. The touch sensor could also be used for left/right strafe movement. Maybe even an easter egg that displays the ouch face when the status bar face is touched.

you' arent supposed to see anything, the bar is too narrow to show any actual gameplay. Maybe the bar can be used to show the Life Bar, but the whole screen is messed up like this

Windows will run similar to MacOS _ on an Apple Device, but MacOS _ is Unix based, so that might even be faster, if the UI doenst drag it down.

JonasLue The extra cost comes from high quality materials and their own proprietary OS. But I do agree that the Winblows or Linux route is better.

It’s possible to send framebuffer over “usb” to the touchbar, it’s separate of macOS and is connected via usb.
