    Love how straight foward you are man. Still wanting to get one one day. Ive always wanted a panigale. The one i want is the 1299 the non v4.

    Same heat issue i have in AZ with my Super Duke GT.... On a hot day it is very distracting and takes away from the enjoyment...until you hit the highway and open it up then you get amnesia.....what heat?....lol..love your opinion and it is always valid even though it is all subjective in the end.....Keep the videos coming.. great job. D

      Thanks again brother for watching. Yes, I call ktm the mini Ducati’s lol

  •  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

    panigales went to a lot of different emissions standards, euro 3, euro 4 , euro5, the higher the standard the higher the heat, because of yes more restrictive catalytic and mainly because they make them run lean a low rpms ( also the reason they fell kinda jerky around town and at very low rpms) to meet emissions , but a lean running engine is a hotter one, so even more than change exhaust and remove emissions devices, making the engine run richer, with a proper tune goes a long way.. that with the open exhaust of course.. it will still run hot tho.. like you said the engine is there, and the bike is super thin, its unfair to compare with bike almost double the thickness , imo.

    Speed Bug, love the channel. You should set up a group ride sometime. From 305 to 561. 🤘

      That new Honda is litty. Yamaha has to step their game up for these new bikes. I can't believe Honda is making something even racier than the R1.

    As we have discussed in previous videos, I love my 1299 Panigale S and I'm so glad I decided to keep it and not "up-grade" to the V4. The 1299 may be hot as the Devil's Chariot, but it's reliability (compared to the V4) and looks make it well worth keeping. Keep up the great vids!

      100 over 100. You have hit the nail on the head. Dont trade for the v4

      @@TheSpeedBug I'm seriously considering trading my 1299 for the new 2021 Honda CBR1000RR-R. I sure do miss my old Fireblade. What are your thoughts?

    Ducati 899 or 1299?. Which one would have less repairs and maintenance?.

    yo SB' what about KTM bikes?

    • @TheSpeedBug
      @TheSpeedBug  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey, KTM is great but in my opinion and experience not far from Ducati. Lots of small maintenance items I find annoying that many other bikes not have.

    heat is not applicable to 959, not as bad as u describing. Love my 959 with 15 k miles bullet proof reliable, I track it ride like I stole it never let me down

    • @TheSpeedBug
      @TheSpeedBug  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      I wish I could say the same for the three that went through me. Glad your is gold, you got the blessed one. Heat is not bad when you are always hauling ass, the second you stop, it’s over.

    Could possibly accept less reliability and higher maintenance costs for the experience of Ducati's notorious exotic ride. But a scorched nut sack? 🔥😩
