    बहुत बढ़िया समझाया मैडम आपने बिल्कुल ऐसा ही होता मन को शांति नहीं मिलती बार-बार एक ही चीज करने का मन करता है मन को विश्वास नहीं होता कि गंदी चीज को छू लिया है हाथ हां धो ले या फिर पानी से पूरे शरीर को धो दें फिर जाकर मन को शांति मिलती हैं मैडम आपने बहुत अच्छा वीडियो बनाया धन्यवाद

    Hme aaj tak kisi ne OCD ko is trh nhi samjhaya! Bs un logo ko apne fee se kam hota h patient se nhi vo log sirf dhandha kar rhe h, maine 5 saal OCD ka ilaz liya ek bar appointment ki 500 Rs. Fee hoti thi or medicine repeat likhar bahr bhej deta hmari prblm ko sunta hi nhi! Eventually medicine ko chhod diya ese hi suffer kiya lekin kuchh dino se aapka vdo dekhakar esa lga jese mujhe Sanjeevani mil gyi !     आप उधारण के साथ इस तरह से समझाते हो कि निर्मल व्यक्ति भी आपकी बात को अच्छी तरह से समझ आता है जैसा आप समझाना चाहते हो
    और मैडम इस वीडियो में मुझे आपका वह बात सबसे लाभदायक लगी जिसमें आपने कहा थी लड़की ने यह सोचा था कि अगर उसकी मां ने उसका सामान चलाया भी होगा तो होगा तो फिर भी वो समान कमरे में ही तो यहां सोच कर वाह निश्चिंत हो गई और उसके माइंड में वह गलत था वोट बार-बार आना बंद हो गया
    और इससे पहले भी आपके एक वीडियो में मुझे एक और लाभदायक बात मिली मैडम जिसमें आपने कहा कि कोई भी आउट जो आपके दिमाग में आता है तो अगर उसे आपने पांच या 10 मिनट तक रोक दिया तो वहां उसके बाद अपने आप खत्म हो जाती है

    Ma’am this is my worksheet:
    - Activating event: Reading about novels online.
    - Belief: These characters have the perfect life and they are real. I will ‘miss out’ if I don’t read further about them.
    - Consequences: Emotional: I feel sad and stressed. Sometimes I get jealous of the ‘love’ the characters have for each other and how their lives are so ‘perfect’.
    - Psychological: Feeling like I need to ‘do something’ to stop these thoughts.
    - Physical: exhaustion, headaches, body aches.
    - Behavioural: seeking reassurance and problem solving.
    - Disputation of belief: I think the characters are real. What is the evidence that they are real? There is no evidence because they are not real.
    - Effective new belief: Emotional: I chose to stay calm and relaxed because I know that these thoughts can’t harm me. It’s just my OCD. I’m not alone. There are other people who are experiencing this. I’m not going to engage with these thoughts. I’m not going to waste my energy on them. They don’t matter.

    Wonderful video. Thanks for uploading videos on ocd treatment. I have been wat ching your videos since last few weeks. I like the way you explain in details every aspect. Your videos are very helpful for ocd patients. May God bless you. You are helping the sufferers. I request you to upload a video how to overcome the feeling of dirtyness and the consequent actions of washing and cleaning. There is an ocd patient who feels very dirty from toilet seat . If any family member uses the western style toilet and does not wash half body from the waist she feels very dirty and if that family member touches her she feels dirty and have anxiety to clean herself. She always cleans up the toilet seat with soap.Still her mind does not accept the fact that sitting on the toilet seat doesn't make anybody dirty. Please guide her by replying to my comments. I will appreciate.

    Mam mee upsc ka preparation kar rahi hu...Ek samay tha ki mee confidant thi I will clear upsc exam..But last few months mere sath kuch ajib sa ho raha hai..study krte smy Muje ek hi sentence bar bar padhana pad raha hai our padane ke bad bhi khud par bileve nhi ho raha hai ki muje yad rahega.usi reason se mee apna syllabus complet nhi kar pa rahi hu...     it is so difficult to deal with OCD. Your video is very useful but generalized. Please let me know how i can use this information to deal my OCD symptoms as they are totally different then the example referred by you. I tried to correlate but unsuccessful.Need more advise.

      If u have pure OCD which is difficult to deal than I would suggest to choose spirituality...it really helped me out... and please don't get confused spirituality with God worshipping..both are different
