    Very encouraging and confidence booster videofor all ocd sufferers including me...when was 17 i developed ocd related to handwriting was not good..my tution teacher repeated thos for better in exam..I get stress n sudden pain in wrist n finger. 6 months before exam . whenever went for tution exam i or mother put pain killer gel over wrist n finger( compulsion).. after 12 th exam there was never any pain in my hand...since last 2 yrs also suffer intermittent mental compulsion leading to low self esteem n confidence..self doubt confusion ocd sufferers experienced only he knows...now much better in dealing with it😊❤

    What exactly is freedom from OCD ? I’ve been dealing with this for last ten years … I started treatment in 2014 and found considerable relief by 2019… since then I have had more good days than bad … there have been days when I didn’t get any ocd thought … but then there are days when ocd thoughts still pop in the back of the mind … can ocd thoughts ever go away forever ? Or is it just body symptoms that disappear but thoughts stay …

    Mam, since months i was in this loop . I tried alot by watching vds to get out if this ocd loop. And now i think im recovering. And now i dont feel much compulsions now. But still i dont feel to do lot of things together it feels like disability to perform actions. Please make a video on how to maintain patience and few more tips

    From last 3 years I suffering from severe stress and anxiety and at this point currently I think it has taken the form of depression.
    Lately I discovered from last 3-4 months i am getting symptoms like rechecking the door locked or not anyone watching me or not and Most importantly feeling very uncomfortable touching,looking even thinking of watery touch or unhygeine.I calm myself down try behaving normal getting watery touch at the same time The frequency of washing hands has also increased.
    Is this a side effect of my depression?
    Ma'am can you tell am i experiencing ocd?
    Ma'am if possible plz do answer.

    Mam, can sometimes ocd thoughts feels so real that it compell people to Start delusional thinking or trigger delusional thoughts. Well many people have ocd that does not involves people (ocd like contamination, checking etc) but some people having ocd in the theme of people, like police, government, thefts gang etc. for example a person has intrusive thoughts that police are running fastly to harm him ,now a person know this thoughts make no sense and actually no one is running towards him, but thoughts feels overwhelmingly real so that person start thinking about it as a real threat and hence the delusional thought is induce. Like that. I don't know whether I'm right or not
