    Mam mujhe mannat ocd hai self harm ko leke but Maine apne compulsions stop kar diye hai. Starting me bahut problem hui but ab mujhe bilkul bhi anxiety nahi aati and thoughts ki frequency bhi kam ho gayi.😊😊.

    Ma'am, my father was diagnosed with extreme OCD symptoms.. from past 4/5 years my output is just below than average causing me frustration n guilt from myself...
    I m struggling with myself, not getting satisfaction from my performance, not getting positive results as per my efforts,
    I have been winner in most of the aspired events, but now a days, everything, just reverse is going on...my failure is breaking me completely,

    Hello mam,mera manna hai ki rone se emotional pain Kam ho jata hai,jb jb hm khul ke rote hain, bachpan se to mood fresh ho jata aur aisa feel hota hai jaise koi problem thi hi ni ya problem itni badi hi ni thi ki hm royein aur rone ke baad achchha feel hota hai lekin mere andar problem to bohot h,bohot problem khud deal bhi kiya hai aur problem door bhi hui hain lekin 2021 mein pahli baar hm depression me gaye h,ilaj bhi karaya dawa bhi khai lekin smjh ni aara theek h ya nhi ya ye mera waham h ki hm ab bhi depression aur anxiety ka shikar h,pahli baar aisa hora ki doctors, report,logon ne sab ne samjhaya ki hm theek h lekin phir bhi khush ni rah pate,kabhi kabhar aisa din aata h jb hm khush hote h dil se ya ro pate h dil se par daily chahra utra hua rahta h,andar se khush ni rah parein,rona aur hansna donon chahte h par hota ni gharwalon se share kro to wo bolte h tumko to kuchh na kuchh hota hi rahta h ignore kro, kuchh ni h, waham h tumhara,pahle nahate waqt dar lagta tha ye soch k ki pani padne se paralysis na ho jaye hamesha darte rahe lekin depression k baad jb doctor ko dikhaya unhone medicine di uske baad ye dar khatm ho gaya,mam hmko permanent relief chahiye plz tell me how to do aur 2015 se fizool ki medicine kharein h itni habit ho gai chhoot ni ri koshish ki lekin fail horein baar baar,hmko theek hona hai,plz mere comment ka reply kr diyega,god bless you mam🙌🙌🙌
